The hotel was situated at the top of the complex and if staying self catering then the nearest shop is 15-20 minutes walk down hill to the square. From 7pm-10PM there is a train that runs every 20 minutes round the resort so this can be utilised if needs be. Hotel was a nice hotel and staff were really friendly especially when we locked ourselfs on the balcony and they let us back in. The hotel does sell milk bread etc. There is also a pizzeria that is attached to the hotel that can be used.
The hotel surroundings are really nice and views are pituresque.

“ Aparments were very nice and plenty of space in the complex which was not verry busy. We went 'all inclusive' and the food was only average. Plenty of it but not that varied and sometimes the hot food was only warm.

“ Very impressed with the apartments, the food in the hotel was delicious, and the swimming pool was excellent - so big that it never felt crowded. The only criticism I have is that the beds were very hard!! The little train taking you down into the village every night was very welcome for a change of scene now and again. Very enjoyable, peaceful holiday.
“ Top Tip: Lovely beach in Alcufar (10 mins away by car) very safe bathing area. Restaurant in the market square a good choice for evening meal if wanting a change from hotel - very friendly with a great ambience. Do recommend that you hire a car if staying at these apartments though as not very central for exploring the Island.

“ Apartments were good value for money, we went self catering but would advise the all inclusive option as the price of a drink, eg bacardi and coke or malibu and lemonade 5 euros. No supermarket close by if you are self catering, you need to go down to seafront. Loaf of bread nearly 3 euros. We found Minorca to be quite expensive.

Stunning location - nice and relaxing tucked away in the quiet south east corner of Menorca. A a couple, we had a first floor self catering apartment, which had ample of space - it even had sea views over and past the nature reserve! We arrived in the evening and decided to eat on site. The food and service were excellent - yes there is the standard 'something' and chips but there are plenty of other options more local to the island.
Top Tip - hire a car to get out and explore the island. There is so much on offer and so many stunning beaches to find.
