Check-in date:

This development is very crowded and all the apparetments are cheek by jowl. With no air-con, windows have to be left open throughout the night and the surrounding streets, alleys and bars are very loud. This is a picturesque place to visit but not to sleep in.

Top Tip: There is a terrific cove just five minutes walk away that is ideal for snorkelling!

Very basic no kettle or toaster or oven, but great if you just want to eat out. Steps up to the apartment, and balcony only small.

Top Tip: Everything was on hand it was a beautiful picturesque place, no need to go far if the weather is good. 15mins from main town and port. Better to have a car if you can to discover the island.

We found the hotel to be very nice and unusual compared to the norm. The staff were very friendly at reception and at breakfast. The apartments are accessed through the maze and alley ways of Binibeca until it opens up into a square facing a lovely pond and a decent sized swimming pool. The apartments line the grassed square. It's very nice and rustic. The apartment itself was simple and clean. The little kitchen was great it had everything we needed, and we used it nearly every night apart from when we ate out in one of the many restaurants on our doorstep. The only problem was the twin beds. They are fixed on solid bases and can't be pushed together. It could with a little bit of updating in terms of fixtures and fittings but the rooms are very comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to the beach so older peole may not want to attempt it but fine for us. The buses are not very regular but we did manage to get around the west of the island. Overall we had a great time.

Top Tip: If you have time to walk down the coast heading west there are some nice beaches.

Check-in date:

Rooms were basic but clean, and the cleaners came in every day bar one. Electric hob was a little difficult to work out as there were no instructions and the controls seemed to work the opposite way of how they would logically(!) Beds are cemented into the walls so couples will have to get used to sleeping separately for a while. A shop, bar and a number of restaurants were all on site. Room was right by the pool which was always pretty quiet. Plenty of sunbeds available BUT they all had splits across most of the slats you lie on for some reason, which made it a little difficult to get comfortable - hopefully these will all be replaced!

Top Tip: The nearest beach was excellent - if you don't mind sand. Its about a 20 minute walk but very shallow and not much waves. Get the road train to Punta Prima and the kids can spend an hour in a small water park attached to the hotel near the train stop. Punta Prima itself a little more tacky but beach is good for snorkelling and again nice and shallow.

Check-in date:

A lovely hotel placed in a beautiful spot. Everything was clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. There are some restaurants close by, although you'd have to go a bit further to find some place to go out at night. It is very quiet and peaceful, with lovely beaches nearby.

Top Tip: Chech out the following beach: Es Calo Blanc
