This holiday complex comprises a total of 150 lodgings spread over several 2-floor buildings. Adjacent to the 24-hour reception is a restaurant and a snack-bar with TV. Wireless Internet access is provided. Guests may also make use of the public Internet terminal as well as the car park facilities.This apartment complex is located in the south of the island, approximately 10 minutes drive from the capital of Mahen. The apartments have been integrated into a traditional Spanish fishing village that is also something of a tourist attraction and a diverse range of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity. The nearest beach is 1.5 km away and public transport can be found opposite the hotel.The welcoming apartments come with a combined bedroom/ lounge, a kitchenette with a fridge, a tea/coffee maker, a microwave and an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. There is also a direct dial telephone, access, central heating/air condition and a hire safe in each as standard, as well as a balcony or a terrace. Some studios have a spa bath.The grounds include a swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. The nearest golf course is some 20 km away.Follow the signs to Mahen and at the second crossroads take a right to San Luis. After the 1st junction take a right towards Binibeca and continue for 11 km.Gas, water and electricity are included. Pets are not permitted. There is a daily room cleaning service six days a week. Towels are changed daily and bed linen is changed every three days.

“ No kettle and had to hire a toaster! For a 3 star very poor. Well maintained property and food in bar and restaurant was good
“ Top Tip: Good bar near rocky beach. Train to Punta Prima waste of time and not worth the money

Hotel was spotless.
Main areas excellent - studio apartment room needed a refurbishment but still very clean.
Food excellent and good value.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
You do need a car if wanting to explore.
Lovely location.

“ Gorgeous location. Really peaceful. Great views of the sea and fisherman's village. Room very spacious and clean. Also cleaned and restocked every day.
“ Top Tip: All the Spanish restaurants are great. Lovely fresh seafood and good service.

This small but charming hotel with 39 rooms features a bar, cafe, a restaurant with panoramic views and guests are invited to stroll through the garden. “ This hotel is so friendly and welcoming. It's only small so you see the same faces and everyone is warm and friendly not like a big hotel where few people make eye contact. It's a short walk (about 10 mins) to es castell or mahon harbour.

“ The hotel was situated at the top of the complex and if staying self catering then the nearest shop is 15-20 minutes walk down hill to the square. From 7pm-10PM there is a train that runs every 20 minutes round the resort so this can be utilised if needs be.

Primasud Apartments is a low rise two storey complex situated amongst spacious gardens, only 200 metres from the beach and 15km from the Airport. This complex is ideal for families. On site there are two swimming pools, spacious gardens with a children's playground, a bar, snack bar, pool tables (local charge) and a reception. Cots are available upon request. Nearby is the local supermarket, restaurants and bars.
“ The apartment was well presented and very clean, as were the hotel grounds. The hotel pools were also lovely but the water was freezing!! The hotel bar food was nice but very expensive. Nice beach with bars and restaurants nearby but most things were pretty expensive, even in the local supermarkets.

This apartment complex comprises a 2-storey building with a total of 85 apartments and is surrounded by approximately 1,000 me of wonderful gardens.
“ This development is very crowded and all the apparetments are cheek by jowl. With no air-con, windows have to be left open throughout the night and the surrounding streets, alleys and bars are very loud. This is a picturesque place to visit but not to sleep in.
