“ 3rd stay at hotel in last 4 years. Idealy situated on beach. Pleasant atmmosphere ideal for laid back relaxing holiday. Fantastic pool, clean and refreshing but area in need of new sunbeds and sun umbrellas many of which do not open. Only 2 bars in area other than hotel bar which is quite expensive. Car hire essential if you want to see more of menorca but plenty of short walks will take you to surrounding towns ( salgar, punta prima) for more bars and restaurants. Rooms are basic ( it is only 2 star ) and the food has deteriorated since our first visit. Fantastic value for 2 star hotel and the location is second to none. Will return year after year just for the location.
“ Top Tip: Five star location. Love it.

This is a little gem of a hotel, it deserves more than two stars, it is in an idyllic quiet cove with warm shallow water gently sloping to the entrance of the bay.
The food was plentiful with lots of choice on the hot and cold buffet, the menu choice changed daily. I you love fresh fish this is the place for you. The staff were polite and friendly without being overbearing.
The ceiling fan in our room was efficient and in our view much better than noisy air conditioning.
The pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds and shades.
Spotlessly clean in bedrooms, public areas including outside, the staff are very hard working.
It is well worth upgrading to a sea-view room if available for the extra per day per double room. We found that the receptionist to be pleasant with a very dry sense of humour. He works very long hours and could come across as grumpy to some people.
Because of the exchange rate with the euro, drinks and eating out can be expensive compared with UK.
“
Top Tip:
An air-conditioned car is essential if you want to tour the Island as the buses are few and far between, and other guests found that the day long coach tour offered by tour companies very long hot and tiring.
If you just want to flop on a sun bed or on the beach then ignore the above advice!

“ Fourth visit here - so must like it. More to do with the situation than the actual hotel. They have done some alterations -new reception area - which is a bit too modern for the hotel, but was probably done to accommodate the new lift. They are going to upgrade some of the bedrooms this winter - which do need it - but would hate to see the hotel change too much.

“ Lovely clean hotel right above safe beach, with shallow, calm water for swimming. Pool very nice. We had a seaview room, which was well worth the extra. Bonus were the fireworks for the fiesta on the weekend we were there. We had a superb view from our balcony. Didn't like the food, though to be fair, it wasn't expensive. If we go again, which we might, I wouldn't book half board. The little tapas place on the main street was more to our liking.
