Blancala Apartments

Hotel Accomodation: This is a very clean apartment in a similar style to a self catering ski chalets. There is a restaurant downstairs with a bar with really friendly staff. We arrived at midnight but they left the keys in the apartment but the bar staff showed us around. This is basic but brilliant as a base for a holiday, I've stayed in lots of hotels/apartments and could not fault this one!
The accomodation itself consists of:

Kitchen: 2 ring cooker, pans, stove kettle, washing up liquid, scourer, tea towels, fridge with shelf freezer, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, combi microwave with grill and a table with 4 seats (wooden). All floors are tiled and it is immaculate.

Bathroom: Bath, over bath shower, toilet, sink, towels changed every other day - all clean, soap dispenser (full), mop and brush.

Bedroom: Two single beds pulled together, sheets, blankets, extra pillows, sliding door wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables.

Living Space: two sofas that convert to two beds, coffee table, TV showing sky news and CNN in english although the restaurant downstairs showed sky sports.

Balcony: Table with 3 plastic chairs overlooking the coves and beach where the sun set every night. Plus an airer for clothes.

Ammenities: Bar/restaurant downstairs, two swimming pools, crazy golf and cycle hire, with a supermarket next door and off road parking for about 10 cars.

“ Top Tip: 5 minute walk to the beach but right next to the apartments were some caves where there is cove that you can tombstone into, snorkel or watch locals try and catch octopus. There is also a lovely bar overlooking a cove where the sun sets by santandria bay.

There is a cheaper supermarket on the road into citudella.
Local: There is an 'irish' bar and typical english abroad fair about 10 minutes from the hotel, however, I didn't go there so can't tell you how bad it was! The bus stop is about 2 minutes away that takes you to the main town, but I hired a car - well worth it!

Hire a car and go to cala mitjana - beautiful!

“ Returned fof 2nd year.Great location for walking,or nearby bus to visit interisting locations. Peace and relaxation in abundance.

“ Our apartment was clean and basic, but perfectly adequate. Site was kept clean and tidy and the staff were all very helpful. Wouldn't have bothered with the breakfast board option, good food but not particularly good value.

“ Top Tip: The beach at Santandria was absolutely wonderful, a sheltered cove with a nice sandy beach, great for swimming and snorkelling and it was only about 5 mins walk from the apartment. Bar80 in the centre of Cala Blanca served very nice food at reasonable prices with a great atmosphere.
