Sagitario Playa Hotel is a comfortable three storey hotel close to all the main resort attractions. Ciudadela, Menorca’s ancient capital is 2 miles away. The Hotel is 200 metres from the Cala Blanca beach and in a tourist area with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. This hotel is equipped with 72 guestrooms, all with a bathroom, a balcony, an automatic telephone, satellite TV, central heating, a safety-deposit box, and an optional minibar.

“ Stayed out of season. Hotel is OK. Understaffed when we stayed. It showed. Food very mixed. Some good and well cooked but other times poor. Never a good choice or range and not always very hot. Service generally is friendly and relaxed. Pool and pool area was not well tended. Spa is excellent value and rooms are pleasant and decent size. Good tennis court. Also indoor games room. Location is close to Ciutadella and South coast beaches (if you have a car). Ciutadella is a total delight. Beaches even better. Cala Blanca is a souless, purpose built resort. If you're out and about with own car the location's excellent. If you stay in Cala Blanca you'll miss most of Menorca's attraction.
“ Top Tip: Playa Macaraletta. Walk to it from Playa Turquessa. Get ready for swimming in the nip.

“ Food plain but you wont starve, pillows solid foam not very comfortable other than that all good.

Top Tip:
Out of season the area is like a ghost town, very little open if anything not even a local supermarket. Would advise half board if you do not intend to hire a car.

Best Hotel I ever stayed at, friendly staff and management, very clean and well maintained, excellent food and facilities, good entertainment, reasonably priced and in a convenient location for most of the islands many attractions.
We also found the service generally to be exceptional.
“ Top Tip: There are a number of small attractive beaches close to the Sagitario, the local habour town of Ciutadella is only about 10 minuits by car or the local bus service is very good
