A laundry service completes the offer.This hotel is situated on one of Minorca's largest bays and around only 150 m from the nearest beach. The complex is surrounded by a delightful pine wood and lies at the mouth of the Altandae Gorge, one of the most beautiful natural habitats on Minorca. The apartments feature a living room with 1 or 2 bedroom(s) and a kitchenette. The apartments with 2 bedrooms also include a second bathroom. The Prestige studios comprise a bathroom with hot tub, bath and a separate shower.Leisure options include a swimming pool with a children's pool, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a hot tub, sauna and massage service. Sports enthusiasts may pay a visit to the in-house gym or try their hand at billiards. There is also a seasonal entertainment programme to provide some variation for guests.Pets are not permitted. Room cleaning and towel change occurs every day, while sheet change is every 2 days.

We travelled as a family, opting for a family interconnecting rooms- this facility was exceptional apart from not having the facility at the front of the hotel.
All the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was ok, no different than what was on offer outside the hotel.
Not all the faclities of the hotel were open as we had visited at the end of the season.
Eventhough we had travelled during the half term break a majority of the residents were elderly of which the hotel obviously catered for (Bar closed around 11 ish , hotel exceptionally quiet by midnight).
Rooms cleaned (skimmed)daily but no sheets changed during the week we were
there.

“ i stayed at this hotel during the week of october 17th 2011 and as im a single traveller i had a great time ,i thought it was a very clean and well presented hotel with very helpfull and freindly staff.the pool was of good size and again very clean as im a keen swimmer this was important to me..cala galdana as a resort was quiet and clean even with a handfull of shops and restaurants which were all open. the beaches here are brilliant you would not belive your only just over two hours from home !!it looks more like carribean beaches that ive been to ..perfect for exploring the surroundings on foot and a ramblers haven!!..i will be returning soon !!!!!!!!terriffic...

Bathroom a little tiny and dated - no bidet, but on the whole OK. Staff extremely helpful. Food OK but buffet style presentation only means a stampede at peak times. Fair choice of eating houses close to hotel.
Parking opposite hotel easy in October - what its like in peak season heaven knows!

Top Tip:
Restaurant "Fuente de Trevi" (Fontana de Trevi) good bet for good food and be well looked after. Turn left out of hotel and about 80 meters on left.
Main beach exceptionally attractive.

“ The hotel has a great location, close to the beach and other amenities. However, if you choose to have a room with a sea view you will be compelled to listen to the evening entertainment which could be a little too intrusive at the time. The food was a bit bland and do not anticipate authentic Spanish flavour for any of your meals.
“ Top Tip: Good beach to visit is Gala Morell on another side of the island. Try mussles there!
