Wonderful hotel and spa services, great food and service. No hot water in room most of week. Reception sent plumbers 3 times then said we were not using taps correctly??
Pity about this as it spoilt beautiful hotel experience for us!

The hotel was in a great location and the pool area and bar was excellent. It was a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. The room without a balcony was rather dark but was quite spacious.
We were slightly disappointed that we were not advised that the tennis courts were chargeable and were located about half a mile from the hotel.

The Hotel Agamenon enjoys a magnificent position on the waters edge overlooking the harbour in the quiet town of Es Castell and only 2 km away from Mahon, the island's capital. All rooms are air conditioned and fully equipped with modern amenities including television, telephone, minibar and terrace with sea view. There is also a restaurant, coffee shop, swimming pool, poolside bar and sun terrace.

Built in 2002 and comprising a total of 120 suites spread over 3 floors, there is a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, 5 lifts, a bar, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area, a bike hire service and a laundry service. Younger guests may make use of the playground and there is a kids' club for those aged from 4 to 12 years of age. New Spa from 2008
“ The hotel was fab, appartment is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in - cleaned and towels changed every day. I have read previous reviews about ants but must say that we did not see 1 during our 10 night stay.

“ Excellent hotel. The quality of the facilities was exceptional. The staff were wonderful with nothing being to much trouble. The hotel caters for an older guest and we do not feel that children would enjoy a stay at La Quinta.

Apartments Floramar are located in Cala Galdana, southern Menorca, 35 Km from Mahon, 31 Km from the airport and 250 m from the beach and the shopping centre. Cala Galdana is one of the prettiest coves on the island where you can enjoy nautical sports such as light sailing, diving, motor boating, etc... Excursions on foot that will take you in 40 minutes to adjacent, still unspoilt, coves Cala Mitjana y Cala Macarella. This Aparthotel, consists of 76 apartments (of 1 or 2 rooms) and 2 studios. All of are equipped with: complete bathroom with hairdryer, sitting room with fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster electric, microwaves), air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, phone, terrace or balcony, and piped music.
“ We travelled here for one week AI on the last week of the season, we had a very relaxing time as there were very few people around the hotel and the town, weather was warm every day, although a little cloudy at times.

Guests who prefer a more independent accommodation option may take advantage of the 76 available apartments spread over 1- to 3-storey bungalows. The new Prestige studios are also available. Guests may additionally make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk and lift. Furthermore, various shops, a hairdressing salon, a bar, a games room, a TV room and a restaurant are also available to guests. In addition, there is Internet access to be used within the hotel and a children's play area. A laundry service completes the offer.
“ We travelled as a family, opting for a family interconnecting rooms- this facility was exceptional apart from not having the facility at the front of the hotel. All the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
