Las Brisas I & II is located just 150m from Son Xoriguer Beach and 250m from Cala Bosch Beach both being of white sand and has a clover shaped swimming pool at its centre, surrounded by pine trees and set within beautiful gardens. The complex also offers guests a bar/restaurant, supermarket and a children's playground whilst all kind of nautical sports can be found at Son Xoriguer Beach. There is a regular bus service between Ciudadela and Son Xoriguer which is 7 km away whilst many restaurants and shops can be found only a short distance away. All the apartments are equipped with a dining/living room, kitchenette with microwave, bedroom and a terrace or balcony.

rooms a decent size but sheets only changed once in 10 days!

Good location. Nice pool. But only basic amenities. One hob - no grill or oven. Microwave provided, - no kettle and toaster had to be hired ! Our two bedroom apartment looked tired, wife not impressed.
However we were better off with ground floor looking out onto spacious inner garden (grass only) with plenty of shade under the numerous pine trees (very welcome under the hot sun).
You never need to book you sun beds as there were more than enough for the residents (which is a nice change).
On holiday for 2 weeks. Maid only came twice in first week and did not come near our place for the second !
No air con and ceiling fan in one bedroom only. Therefore second bedroom too hot. TV provided, but no English channels !

Top Tip:
Two wonderful beaches - both less than 3 minutes from apartment. Caln Bosch beach - golden sand, sky blue clear water, fantastic for snorkelling. Son Xorigier beach - wider - with sandy areas between rocks for you to get a great position right next to shoreline to benefit from cool sea breeze.Water sports provided - bananna boat ride was great.
Marina 5 minutes away with numerous restaurants. Sadly due to current exchange rate, most are quite expensive. Cost around £50 for 4 adults. The Tropicana restaurant provide excellent pizza's, well worth a visit.

The apartment took us two hours to find as the incorrect details are published on your web site. The apartments are in Cala'n Bosch/Son Xoriguer NOT Cala Santandria which is 7k away, we only found them at 1.00am with the assistance of a very helpful local.
Apart from that the apartments are very nice, very clean and very good value for money. We would recommend them and would definately stay there again.

“ Location is excellent with 2 good beaches within 5 mins walk and easy access to local restaurants etc on the harbour. Pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds, with shade for the non sun-worshippers and on-site supermarket was good value. Also shops and other local facilities (e.g. cash machine) within easy walking distance. We had a good holiday despite the rather basic facilities in our apartment, which, although clean, was looking rather run down . No kettle, only an electric ring that took ages to boil water and the grill didn't work - just as well eating out was fairly cheap. We also had to make a fuss to get towels/sheets changed. You don't expect too much from a 1-star hotel, but a little more investment could make this into a really pleasant set of apartments.
“ Top Tip: Take one of the glass bottomed boat trips along the coast - good value and the more remote beaches are beautiful.
