“ A really lovely, quiet hotel. some good entertainment every evening with a mini disco for children. You do need to get there early to get a seat though! We really loved the aqua aerobics every day and all the team were really enthusiastic and helpful. The pools were fab, we were near the main pool and the shallow pool was great for kids. A short walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants around the marina about 5 minutes walk away. My children loved the go karts at the marina. All in all a really lovely hotel suitable for young families.

I did not like the pool bar. Especially when a salad I ordered was served in a plastic bowl.
If travelling with very young or elderly then you need to request a ground floor room.
Not a problem getting a sunbed.
“ Top Tip: St Jaume restaurant on the harbour was our favourite - 10 min walk.

A good hotel, staff very keen to please...not a "shell-suit" in sight !
A good mix of European holidaymakers. Meals, generally fine, a good variety esp. for the "small people". Local facilities great, couple of restuarants / bars all v.friendly.
Evening hotel entertainment ok, be prepared for a room of approx 250 people getting up and down all the time...get in by 08.30 if you particularly want to watch the show ( starts at 10pm).
Rooms good, pools (x 6 I think), great for the kids...lots of room early pm during siesta time. As mentioned before, brilliant for those with kids 1 - 8 years old; not much for the 9 - 15 year old group - my 11 year old was at a bit of a loose end, certainly in the evenings.

Top Tip:
Top Tips;
Get a cab for Mahon to Cala'n Bosch, the alleged 35 min transit was in fact over 1.5 hours each way. Resort being the last multi-drop off on the way in and the first on the way back. ( could this be just an "August experience"?).
Buy beers etc in local supermarket; 3.70 Euro a bottle on site, 7.50 Euro for 12 bottles in shop !!!

“ Excellent hotel. Rooms are basic but fine. Food was excellent, lots to choose from and available whenever you want. Great place for Children. Kids clubs were excellent and the entertainment was great. All of the reps were not English but they spoke perfectly and worked unbelievably hard to make sure you were having a good time. We would go back.
“ Top Tip: 2 great beaches near by they are both great. Get a direct transfer from the airport. It takes 45 mins. If you dont you will be on a coach for 2 hours

We really enjoy our stays at the Sol Falco so much we want to return next year.
We enjoy it because there are not many British families mainly spanish and italian so this makes it feel like a holiday.
The only thing I think that need addressing is the fact that there is very little entertainment for the 8-14 age group lots for younger ie the Bam Bam Club and lots for adults but the middle age is missed out??
