“ Before I went to this hotel I emailed them twice to confirm our booking and to also more importantly enquire whether parking was a problem in the area. There was no response on either occasion although they did return the receipts to say they had received my emails. When I arrived at the hotel I understood why: Although all the reception staff all spoke and understood English they could not once be bothered to ever say Good Morning or greet you when you returned in the evening.
The best thing about the hotel was its location and the buffet breakfast, although the hot food could have been hotter rather than just lukewarm.
The worst thing about the hotel was the sheets with holes in them and the towels which were so worn out that I would not have contemplated using them as floor clothes. There were also no plugs for the washbasin, bath or bidet.
My wife and I stayed there for 6 nights, which was 5 nights too many.
Incidentally parking was not a problem in early May.

“ Top Tip: Cuitadella is a lovely old town and definitely well worth exploring.

“ Room décor rather boring, but all facilities worked well.
Breakfast selection was very good but not all of it was available when the breakfast room first opened in the morning.
Had to pay extra for using the safe box in the room!
Outside pool not usable even though it was quite hot and sunny - it was dirty and full of leaves!
Hotel in very good position for central restaurants etc..

“ Top Tip: Plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance and the "menu of the day" was usually excellent value (but some restaurants were closed as it was the end of the season).

“ Small, friendly hotel, 4 minutes from centre, excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are really clean and comfortable, but take a plug for the washbasin and bath.

“ Top Tip: Look for Bar Oar for tapas, or for a more substantial local meal, walk to the Police station down the road from The hotel, turn Right and walk for 10 minutes until you see Club 94, all the locals eat there at lunch time, good basic filling food, 3 courses, bread and a drink for 9.5 Euros. They dont speak much English, but were very welcoming. There is a good restaurant just along the road to the main square, Can Bep, friendly and good food.
