Each of the 20 villas is surrounded by a small lawn and a terrace.The villas are located in Son Carrio between Santandria and Cala Blanca, near the small beach of Santandria. There, guests may enjoy a wide range of restaurants, some of which offer breathtaking views over the sea. One restaurant is also built within a natural cave.The main entrance of the villas leads directly into a tastefully appointed, air-conditioned lounge/ dining room with modern cane seating and two doors, which open to the terrace. Via a corridor, guests will reach the living room with an open-plan kitchen, which features a fridge, a small oven, and hobs.
There are also one or two air-conditioned bedrooms with two double beds and en suite bathroom on the ground floor. A further air-conditioned bedroom with two twin beds, a balcony with views over the pool, and a bathroom is located on the first floor. All the villas come with a TV and safe as standard, and the air-conditioning in the inpidual rooms is inpidually adjustable.The barbecue areas with tall chimneys beside the terracotta poolside terrace are particularly remarkable. There are sufficient sun loungers laid out for all guests.Cleaning twice a week including change of towels (once on arrival and once during the week) and change of linen once a week. Pets are not allowed.

The villas were fantastic, very clean and had every facility that you needed. The pool was lovely and the area was quiet and very peaceful. Lots of restaurants near by and the beach is a very short walk away. Can get busy at weekends.
We loved the restaurants on the beach area and the steak house just around the corner.
The people who run the villas are very helpful and very friendly.
There is a Spar around the corner and they do fresh bread baked daily. Very nice people and very helpful.
Had a 10 day break and would most definately come again. Miss it already
“ Top Tip: The sea has lots of fish in, so a snorkel or mask lets you see the most of them. They do come very close to the edge when you have bread. The restaurants by the sea are slightly more expensive but worth it.

“ Went on the 9th may,cant recommend these villas high enough,had a brillant and totally relaxing holiday,cant wait to go again.
“ Top Tip: Expensive resturants on the beach,but just as nice meal for half the price if you walk the 15 minutes to the resturants in Cala Blanca

“ Excellent villa with pool. Most comfortable with everything one would expect. Quiet location & good service. To get around the island a car is necessary although there are buses/taxis.
“ Top Tip: Several good restaurants with very reasonable prices within walking distance

Built in 2002 and comprising a total of 120 suites spread over 3 floors, there is a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, 5 lifts, a bar, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area, a bike hire service and a laundry service. Younger guests may make use of the playground and there is a kids' club for those aged from 4 to 12 years of age. New Spa from 2008
“ The hotel was fab, appartment is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in - cleaned and towels changed every day. I have read previous reviews about ants but must say that we did not see 1 during our 10 night stay.

Menorca Sea Club is located on the beach in Ciudadella de Menorca, close to Cathedral of Menorca. Another point of interest is Macarelleta Beach. Menorca Sea Club's restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. Recreational amenities include 3 outdoor swimming pools. Also located on site are a children's pool, a fitness facility, and a children's club. Guest parking is complimentary. Additional property amenities include multilingual staff and laundry facilities. 148 air-conditioned guestrooms at Menorca Sea Club feature windows that open.
“ The hotel is in administration which meant that both the downstairs restaurant and the shop were shut. We had access to a car but this would be a significant issue for those who didn't . The location is excellent and the staff are great ( we have been for a number of years and they treat as like old friends) .

Complex of villas with private swimming pool in big garden. There are 3 double rooms, one of them placed in the second floor, with double bed and bathroom. The villa has 2 complete baths, lounge, dining room and kitchen with microven and washer. Also has barbecue.

This hotel was completely renovated in 2002 and comprises a total of 100 apartments and 12 studios set over two floors. Facilities on offer include a spacious foyer, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter, a public Internet terminal, and a 24-hour reception. The hotel also features a cafe, a small supermarket, a range of shops, a cosy bar with an outdoor terrace, a nightclub, an air-conditioned e la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area, and an e la carte Thai restaurant. Additionally, room and laundry services as well as medical assistance are offered to guests. The complex also features a bicycle storage room and a play area where younger guests may let off steam.
“ The staff were friendly and polite. The room was basic and we arrived late, as we entered we were hit with a terrible smell from the drains. There was only one small hand towel each as they had forgotten to leave bath towels.
