“ I thought the food was good, although not much variety on the desserts front. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool is huge so great for the kids, and it's shallow too. Entertainment was good, aimed more at the kids though. Overall a good family holiday and would definitely return.

The only improvement I would suggest is to improve the variety of the dining menue during the week.

“ Have visited this hotel twice now for our last two family holidays and we have all had a brilliant time on both occasions. Have read some negative comments about this hotel but think some people are way too fussy and expect to much for the amount they have paid. Myself and my partner went with my two children aged 10 & 8 and had a perfectly adequete 1 bedroom apartment which had 2 single beds in one bedroom and the 2 sofas in the lounge area made up for the children to sleep on. They have a huge pool which is probably no deeper than 1m20 at any point with lots of shallower bits for younger children. The pool area is very clean with plenty of sunbeds to go around. As for food & drink, the all inclusive deal really is all inclusive with some kind of food or drink available all day long. Down in the restaurant they offer buffet style self service meals for breakfast, lunch and tea, each of these held over a 2-3 hour window so you can go when you want to. There is a large variety of foods on offer and can't imagine anyone wouldnt be able to find something they liked at each mealtime. The entertainment staff do a wonderful job and work very long hours. They are all very friendly and each day there are at least 3 or 4 activities going on for both children and for adults to join in with. The staff do come around to encourage you to join in but are not at all pushy with it. Throughout our week my children took part in several activities such as Jenga, table tennis, water polo, water volley ball, football, basketball & mini golf & my partner did water polo, football & rifle shooting where i just sat by the pool and read my book !! In the evening there was also some kind of entertainment going on to watch whilst enjoying a few drinks and the children really enjoyed this, especially all dancing the hotels special 'chocolate' song every night !

Because the hotel is All inclusive it is very secluded with only a couple of shops close by and nowhere to walk at night. The local bus only runs 4 times a day into Mahon but we found plenty going on at the complex to keep us entertained for the week. The beach is very small and only a 10 min walk from the hotel.

“ Top Tip: We didnt pay out for the transfer service as hotel is very close to the airport. We just got in a taxi which only cost 17 euros to get all 4 of us and our luggage to the hotel

“ The hotel was very good for the cost. It was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The entertainment was very good and varied albeit finishing around 10.30. They did not pressure you into taking part but did a very good job of trying to include everyone, they were especially good with the children. The food was very good and provided a good choice for even the fusiest of eaters. The pool was great and there was plenty of room for sunbeds.

“ Top Tip: There was a little cove/beach only 5 minutes from the hotel slightly further on from the nearest cove. It was great for children as it was shallow and warm, there was a pier to jump off for the teenagers and snirkelling for those who would
