The villas's complex comprises a total of 14 villas. There is a cafe, a hire safe and a children's playground.The hotel villa's complex lies roughly 200 m from the inviting beach and in the immediate vicinity of countless shops, bars, restaurants and links to the public transport network. Transfer to Menorca airport takes around 60 min and Ciutadella is 4 km from the hotel.The attractive villas each include 3 bedrooms, a large lounge/dining room, 2 bathrooms and separate toilets. The kitchen includes a microwave, a fridge and a toaster.
In addition, each villa features its own private garden.In the complex guests will find a swimming pool with a children's paddling area as well as sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a poolside snack bar. There is also a minigolf course.From the airport: take the main road to Ciudadela and once reach there, have to take Cala'n Blanes direction. To arrive to a roundabout (will see in the centre a taula talayotic monument) at 400 m on the left find the complex.Water, gas and electricity are included. Pets are not permitted. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

“ The villas are a real hidden gem - basic in their furnishing but well positioned and in well maintained Gardens. The villas are close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets and benefit from direct access to the beach. There is a good sized pool on site.
“ Top Tip: Take a walk along the coast road from Calan Blanes to Cuitadella.

“ The villas were a great surprise although basic in the way they were furnished they more than met our needs, close to all amenities and with direct access to the beach. The grounds and swimming pool were maintained to a very high standard. We woud not hesitate to go back.
“ Top Tip: Lots of the local restaurants offer good quality food.

“ we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villas las yucas apts, they were very spacious set in lovely gardens and in a great location. the only fault we could find was the furniture was rather dated. the villa was very clean and my children loved it so much they keep asking when are we going back to our holiday house. i would deffinately go back.
