The hostel has been recently renovated and has 39 rooms divided in individuals, dobles and quadruples and is ideal for those who seek for a familiar treatment, centrical location and quietness.The establisment is situated in the historical and comercial centre of Mahon city, capital of Menorca. The beautiful port of Mahon is at only 300 m away where you can find a large variety of bars and restaurants.All rooms have come with air conditioning, bathroom with bath, TV and a hire safe. The hostel also offers an adapted room for disabled people.Located in the heart of the historical centre of Mahon, we are easy to reach as of the busstation using line 15 - Mahon Centre, as we are at only 100 metres from the busstop in the "Plaza del Principe".

“ My husband and I had a very good week in Hosal Jume, lovely clean fluffy towels and very clean room.. with ensuite..Spanish channels flat screen tv. friendly owners and ideal quiet street near the indoor market, short walk to Mahon Harbour and to the market square, with all the shops en route.. The bus station was withing walking distance, this hostal should be more than 1 star, we were the only English tourists there at the time, but this helped us learn more Spanish... Breakfast was good, everything you needed from meats- bread - crossoints - pastries - jam and honey - juice - cereal and lovely Coffee... 7 am until 11 am... which would suite everybody.. Very Central place to stay.
“ Top Tip: We ate Tapas at a friendly bar off the main street called 'con xavi ' Friendly staff. The indoor market was a good place to stroll around and was a short cut to the Harbour. The Supermarket was in the basement of the market, which had everything you needed.

“ An excellent place to stay - rooms and everywhere extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet position, close to shops, restaurants, bars, very near to harbours lovely views, the staff were very helpful and accomodating and we would most definately make a return visit.

The hotel was at the budget end of the market but was good value for money. It was basic but very clean and the staff were friendly.
The location was good - about 10 minutes walk from the bus station and close to all shops, bars and ameneties.
Breakfast was typical Continental but everything was fresh and tasty.
I would recommend this hotel for people who would like to stay in the centre of town and who are on a budget as it is good value for money.

The Hotel Port Mahon is ideally located in the most stylish residential area of Mahon with beautiful views of the harbour. This colonial style hotel has 73 air conditioned bedrooms all well decorated and equipped with modern amenities including television, telephone and minibar. The hotel also has a restaurant, a piano bar, café, outdoor swimming pool and splendid sun terrace on-site.
“ We stayed for one night on 21st October 2011 at the end of a two week holiday. We had come straight from a villa and were returning the next day. We found everything neat, clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet being end of season, but still all services were running.
