“ Very good value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel very clean. The hotel caters for school trips which means there can be a lot of noise at night.

“ Good clean hotel with a resaurant that is good value.
“ Top Tip: Es Mercadal is well connected by bus to Mahon and Cuitadella and you can get to Fornells. Nonetheless hiring a car would be a good idea.

“ I just needed a 'base' but was surprised at how comfortable and welcoming the 'Jeni' was. For a hostel I was well impressed and would recommend it.
“ Top Tip: The Jeni is a hop skip and jump from Fornells, lovely bay and plenty of high quality restaurants...plus Es Mercadal itself is the jump off spot for Monte Toro, the highest point on the island. The Jeni offers a menu del dia and menu del noche for 8.60E..good value.

“ I stayed half-board at the Jeni Hotel in Es Mercadal, Minorca. I had a single room which was a decent size with a bathroom and shower that didn't work too well, however, I thought it was good value-for-money, despite the excahnge rate. The food was simple but good and plenty of it plus there is a nice swimming pool and sunbathing area if you don't fancy going to the beach - the bar is good and all the staff are pleasant.
“ Top Tip: Es Mercadal is a lovely small town about 7-10Kms from the sea, so you needed a car or as I did hire a bike.

Hotel Jenni in Mercadal (Menorca) was a very pleasant Hotel, very spacious and clean Rooms, and breakfast was excelent, and the staff were very friendly
We would love to stay there again at some point.
“ Top Tip: Its set in a very nice village , with plenty of Restaurants, and very nice shops.
