Primasud Apartments

“ We were slightly disappointed with the accomodation, we seemed to have drawn the short straw. 1. the appartment was short on drawer spce, compared to other appts seen on site.
2. there was several essential items for self catering absent on
first moving in, however the receptionist was very helpful and did her best to provide items from a limited store. She was able to provide a toaster and an electric kettle, although the kettle's automatic cut out operated before the water was boiling which was frustrating. She also was also able to get some faults in the appt. rectified promptly.

Otherwise we had a most enjoyable holiday. I would certainly commend the transfer service provided by A2B transfers.com, everything was ready when we arrived at Mahon and, on departure from the appt. the transport to the airport arrived on time.

“ The apartment was well presented and very clean, as were the hotel grounds. The hotel pools were also lovely but the water was freezing!!
The hotel bar food was nice but very expensive.
Nice beach with bars and restaurants nearby but most things were pretty expensive, even in the local supermarkets. A one course meal for 2 adults plus 2 toddlers was around 40 - 50 euros.

Our kids loved the Waterpark in Punta Prima and the train ride to the next resort.

“ The apartment was very clean, it had everything we needed. The sheets and towells were changed on a regular basis. The view from our patio was lovely and the gardens and lawns were very well kept. The pool and pool area was clean (but we only used it once as we were out and about). The receptionist was very helpful and provided us with all the information we asked for. It wasn't far from the beach and bus stop.
We would certainly recommend it, first class.

“ Top Tip: All the restaurants served a similar menu and we were never disappointed with a meal. You really have to go on long walks to find any hidden beaches!! (which we did)

“ Great holiday, flight was all on time and when we landed bags were there, jumped in a taxi arrived at apartments within 20 minutes. Although basic, they were very clean and suitably furnished. We were only there for 6 nights but our sheets and towels were changed half way. The pool was really clean and it was very hot so nice and warm. We were b&b which was toast and a cake, the staff were really helpful and offered more toast or coffee etc. The beach was about 5 minute walk away and was beautiful, although a sunbed and brolly set you back 10 euro. There is a road train to Binibeca which was fun and you can get the bus to Mao which is also worth a trip, make sure you go when the market is on. Cala Galdana is another place to visit, but this side of Menorca has beautiful Coves to swim in. We went out of season, so it was quiet and I think a lot of younger travelers would have not found much to do. We enjoyed the peace and relax atmosphere. All the staff though couldn't do enough for you. The only downside was if we were self catering there was a lack of cooking utensils. Im glad we had read reviews and taken a travel kettle!

“ Top Tip: We walked to the front for lunch and evening meal the cafe on the corner was really good for lunch. The restaurants were very similar, but the first one you come to does a fantastic home made veg lasagna!
There is a road train to Binibeca which was fun and you can get the bus to Mao which is also worth a trip, make sure you go when the market is on, its a really easy journey. Cala Galdana is another place to visit, but this side of Menorca has beautiful Coves all along it to swim in.
