The hotel was built in 1962 and refurbished in 1995. It consists of a total of 133 rooms on 2 floors of which 18 are singles, 103 are doubles and 12 are suites. Guests are offered a large pool and garden area, a stylish lobby, and a reception, which is open 24-hours a day. In addition there is a TV room, a cafe, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. There is also an Internet terminal, a laundry service, car parking facilities and a children's play area.This hotel is located directly in Punta Prima's tourist centre and is just 50 m from the fine sandy bay. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. Moreover, Mahen and the like-named airport are to be found a mere 9 km away and easily reached on bus. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel.The impeccable en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite TV, a safe and a balcony or a terrace.In the outdoor area there is a pool with separate children's paddling area, a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with parasols and loungers. Furthermore, the hotel has a solarium, as well as mountain bikes, billiards/ snooker (for an additional fee), and mini golf. A varied, amusing entertainment programme is available to guests on an almost daily basis.There is a local bus both from the airport and from Mahon Harbour.

stayed in this hotel for one week 12th may 2012, location good, beach on doorstep, the food was excellent, not alot of choice but really hot. staff really friendly hotel was very clean very relaxing hotel and met some really nice people.
would definately stay again. Punta Prima was very quiet and friendly, just what we wanted.
“ Top Tip: We found a really good english pub called The Anchor, the manager was really friendly and it was nice to have a nice glass of bitter.
