THIS IS OUR FORTH TIME STAYING AT THE RAFALET APARTMENTS AND ALTHOUGH WE FIND THE APARTMENTS MEET ALL OUR NEEDS WE DO FEEL THEY COULD DO WITH SOME UPDATING, THE FURNITURE IS STARTING TO LOOK SHABBY AND THE DECOR NEEDS SOME ATTENTION.
HOWEVER THIS DID NOT SPOIL OUR STAY, THE APARTMENTS AND GROUNDS ARE KEPT CLEAN AND TIDY AND THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT.

THE ALCAFAR BEACH IS NOT TO BE MISSED.
THE PIRATES BAR IN THE SQUARE HAS GREAT APTMOSPHERE AND THE STAFF WILL EVEN GIVE YOU A SPRAY OF INSECT REPELLANT IF THE MOSI,S ARE ABOUT.

“ The hotel was situated at the top of the complex and if staying self catering then the nearest shop is 15-20 minutes walk down hill to the square. From 7pm-10PM there is a train that runs every 20 minutes round the resort so this can be utilised if needs be.

“ The hotel was good. We did not get the room we wanted. We probably had one of the most dreary as it was on the ground floor, with little or no view, but did have the basic facilities.

Primasud Apartments is a low rise two storey complex situated amongst spacious gardens, only 200 metres from the beach and 15km from the Airport. This complex is ideal for families. On site there are two swimming pools, spacious gardens with a children's playground, a bar, snack bar, pool tables (local charge) and a reception. Cots are available upon request. Nearby is the local supermarket, restaurants and bars.
“ The apartment was well presented and very clean, as were the hotel grounds. The hotel pools were also lovely but the water was freezing!! The hotel bar food was nice but very expensive. Nice beach with bars and restaurants nearby but most things were pretty expensive, even in the local supermarkets.

The complex includes a total of 52 apartments spread throughout seven 2-storey villas. Facilities include a lobby with a currency exchange and a hotel safe as well as a cosy snack bar. Additionally, guests may also use the bicycle hire service for an additional fee. Younger guests may additionally let off steam in the playground.

“ excellent appartments, higher quality furnishings than usual and spacious. very close to the marina but in a quieter location than harbour side. staff very helpfull. Menorca is lovely but you will need to hire a car if you want to see the island without restriction on where you can get to by bus.
