The hotel works with an integrated system of quality and environmental management standards (ISO9001 and ISO14001).This hotel is situated directly facing the beachfront and is only separated from the beach by a few steps leading down to it. Public transport connections are located around 50 m away and easily reached on foot.These comfortably furnished air-conditioned rooms come with en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV (flat screen), wireless Internet access, minibar/fridge, central heating, a hire safe and terrace or balcony. The suites additionally offer a separate lounge area and a direct sea view.There is a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool in the outdoor complex as well as sun loungers and parasols on the lawn. Additionally, this hotel offers an extended spa area with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam baths and a gym, as well as massage and beauty treatments (all bookable on site). Guests can enjoy the activity programme (in season) during their stay, which includes entertainment and live music several times a week.Pets are not permitted. There is a daily room cleaning service and the bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days as an environmental norm (more frequent changes available at guests' request).

“ Clean and friendly hotel. Nice size rooms with all the neccessary equipment one needs on holiday. The rooms were regularly and well cleaned with nice friendly staff. The food was excellent and the waiters very helpfull and friendly. Reception was well staffed and very helpfull and cheerfull. A hotel for a nice relaxing quiet holiday by the sea with nice grounds and an excellent aspect. As there was little organised entertainment ( for which we were gratefull) it is a hotel that suits those over 50 years old. It is the second time we have stayed at this hotel - Santo Tomas and we have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

I have been to the hotel/resort many times over the last 12 years and thoroughly enjoy the experience each time. It is a small, friendly hotel where everyone from reception, maintenance and restaurant personnel are helpful and welcoming. However, this is only the second time that, as a single traveller, I got a room at the front of the hotel with no balcony. It was rather small and had no sea view. Given I had booked some months ago and was well known to the hotel staff I was disappointed to have not had my normal balcony room [luck of the draw I guess?].
Apart froom that the expereince was as good as ever with fabulous weather and good service.
