very quiet relaxing hotel, set away from small town and fantastic beach, with excellent friendly staff, lovely grounds and very clean.
may be too lacking in entertainment and activities for some as more an apartment complex than hotel facility.
hotel reception, bar and lounge area not as inviting and smart as they could be, but apartments nicely furnished, though kitchen area very small and basic.
high quality food.
all round good value for money.

The hotel is ideal for our family, with 2 young children. The children were able to confidently use the swimming pools and enjoyed the option of the indoor pool when there was thunder and lightening!
The food could be improved; breakfast was fine, but the evening meal was merely adequate.
The 20 minute walk to the beach and other restaurants/entertainment was a positive choice we made when selecting the hotel as it meant a quieter location, yet still within easy reach of those facilities.
Service was always friendly and the staff were very helpful.
“ Top Tip: A combination of the hotel and beach with the occasional visit to a restaurant and the children's 'fair' at Son Bou sea front provided the perfect mix for our young children.

“ No entertainment at this hotel and staff not very accommodating. Courtesy bus to beach stopped running at 1pm in the afternoon on a Sunday. Very cold reception area and Wi-Fi only available in a designated area of the reception (one table and 2 chairs!). Would not go back again.
“ Top Tip: Try Copacabana Bar and Karaoke at Kit Kat bar - other than nothing in Son Bou. A great restaurant in Alvaoir called The Cobbler, excellent food and terrific hosts.

“ Lovely hotel which I would recommend to friends without hesitation. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room(junior suite) spacious and very clean. The food was varied and for the most part good. One or two nights not as good but that's my own personal taste. The town and beach are a 20 minute walk but there is a courtesy bus every hour which returns to the hotel until 6 or 7pm. Excellent shower/ baggage facilities for a later departure. Car hire not essential but did enable us to visit other beaches and resorts. Especially loved Cuitadella old town and Cala en Bosc. Would deffinately return to this hotel if we go back to Menorca

“ Really nice hotel, the room was excellent, only stayed bed and breakfast which was nice, hotel staff really helpful, only downside was that there is no evening entertainment
