This complex was built in 1985 and renovated in 1999. It comprises a total of 108 apartments spread over 9 2-storey blocks and is ideal for families. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a hotel safe (charges apply). Younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground and enjoy activities at the kids' club. There is a cafe, a bar, a restaurant and a TV lounge and WLAN Internet access is available in some parts of the hotel and some apartments. Guests can also take advantage of the laundry and medical services. Parking is available for those arriving by car.This complex is situated in the north of the island, located in a lush pine-tree forest in the Son Parc development, next to the dunes of the beautiful beach of Son Saura. The nearest bus stop is 50 m away and just 100 m from the resort centre where guests will find a varied range of restaurants and shops. It lies only 24 km from the port of Mahon and Menorca Airport.All apartments come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and offer 2 double bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, a fridge and a cooker. Further amenities on offer in the room include satellite TV, a telephone, a hire safe and a private terrace or a balcony.The complex has a large and very well-equipped playground for children. There are 2 swimming pools for adults and 2 more for children. Guests can relax on the sun terrace, with its sun loungers and parasols, or at the poolside bar. There is a programme of entertainment for children and guests can enjoy a game of table tennis, basketball or volleyball. On the sandy beach it is possible to practise various water sports and in the same development guests will find the only golf course (18 holes) on the island (2 km). There are also sun loungers and parasols available for hire on the nearby beach.
