Best Maritim Hotel

“ Great hotel, clean and so close to the beach. Had a few reservations after reading a couple of reviews however, I could not fault anything, clean and great location.

“ BRILLIANT!!!! Reception Staff really helpful and willing Waiters & Waitresses courtious and never stopped working for you Barstaff fast and efficent,Cleaning staff immaculate. Hotel & resort immaculatly clean..We were full board, FOOD Tremendous loads of variety salads,meats ,cheeses ,pasta,fish,bread,and a grill chef to do fresh eggs and pancakes in the morning fish and meats (chops,burgers,fishand kebabs etc) in the afternoon and all these and more in the evening including fresh tiger prawns,lamb and turkey,Cava was also free on the Sunday morning if you fancied a livener.Just a note, i could not get a decent cup of black coffee in the hotelOur room was brilliant on the third floor on the side of hotel over looking the beach SUPERB VIEW but you could end up looking over the bins so be careful and ask for another room if you dont ask you wont get!!Our room was a standard double, really good size two double beds, plenty of storage, good size bathroom with bath & shower, cleaned every day, with clean towels.Pool brilliant but cold in early May even though the weather was in the 80's.Found the entertainment very old fashioned this hotel is not for a group of teenagers or younger couples. Fair walk to Cambrills and Salou but there is a bus stop right outside the main doors, fares are cheap and the bus company had a imformation rep standing at the stop all day giving people advice,great help but most boring job ever!All in all a great hotel; lovely staff,and even better grub go outside the hotel for entertainment(holidayed as a couple so dont really feel that we can comment on the kids entertainment their pool and play area was fine though)Train was said in other reviews was supposed to be noisey but can honestly say never heard it once might have had a good room though.Book with confidence this hotel is above a 3* in our view; we walked up and down the sea front and this hotel stood out !!!transfer was easy, booked through travel republic about twenty mins each way ENJOY...

“ Top Tip: Take your own coffee !!!! when you check in ask where your room is, and ask for a seaview, staff at hotel did tell us to ring the hotel direct a few days before you arrive giving any special requests for rooms, lots & lots of lucky lucky men near the hotel on the beach front but they were not intimidating.

“ Fantastic position just yards from the beach. Unfortunately it was a long way from both Cambrils and Salou. Staff were friendly rooms were a little dated and food was average for this type of hotel in Spain. Car parking - a nightmare - even in May so beware if you go in peak season. Limited car park at hotel but it was 8 euros a night. Bus stop outside the hotel which would be ideal if you didn't have a car and needed to get around. Bar prices were very reasonable. If you want to party I would find somewhere closer to Salou. If you want to wander around in the evenings - go closer to Cambrils.

“ Top Tip: 2 Supermarkets very close to the hotel and some nice bars within walking distance - towards Salou.

“ Situated right on the beach, the facilities are good, staff very friendly. Would definately go back. The downside was the room was situated at the back enar he bins and the main road so was noisy, but overall a good standard hotel.

“ Top Tip: The bus stops right outside the hotel and you can easily get around.
