The hotel was very nice. The pool area was great and the staff friendly, the food could have been better. Reception staff lovely. Kids park staff again very nice.
Beach location was great! Very close to the hotel around 100 metres.
Excelent value for money!

“ we went to this hotel as were were in another h10 a bit futher away, we were informed we were being swapped for this one, no problem at all for us. we went for the ralaigh (well for hubby and his friend ), and we were there for 4 nights, got a great deal for dinner, bed and breakfast. food was of a very good standard, we swapped two dinners for lunch, and lunch was better than the dinners. hotel was quiet, but the bonus that a lot of the drivers were staying at hotel, so hubby was over the moon, a few photos were taken. weather poor, one fine day out of 4. no entertainment at hotel due to time of year, but plenty to do outside, great irish bar down the road "dannys". the room in the hotel was clean a little run down, but no problem. fairly noisy corridor, with comings and goings, and a noisy neighbour, walls very thin (if you know what i mean). went to portovenura, not impressed at all, but once you have been to florida, no park will ever be the same. all in all for what we need the hotel for it was great, cant ask for a better location to everything. would i stay here for a fornight, for me no, but for a few days was great,

hi,i have been a regular visitor to this hotel and also many other H10 hotels the apartments were very good the room service and reception staff are excellent but as last year on my visit there were far less children.
it seems that this year was a little less what i expected from the H10 also the food menu seemed to be the same every evening
