“ This is a great hotel, i had a great time here and have no complaints with the hotel itself but if you want to visit the beach/main strip every day you might want to look for a hotel a bit closer to the center of salou
“ Top Tip: Hire a car you will find plenty of street parking (hotel charges €10 a day). Taxi is €20 return each day!!

“ I thought I was booking an apartment attached to the hotel, but actually it is a hotel room with a hob, sink, fridge and you have to request kitchen equipment from reception. However, it was a very posh room and the staff were very helpful. Although only a couple of miles from Salou, very few people speak any English.

“ An excellent hotel. At all times the staff were extremely helpful. I would stay there again. Unfortunately it is a 20-minute bus ride from the coast - OK during the week but not many buses weekend.
“ Top Tip: A good restaurant - the Mediterranean. Excellent food and good prices.

Atenea Aventura Hotel was a nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff.
The hotel is located in Vila-Seca which is a quiet town near Salou - there wasn't much to do there but it was nice and much preferred for me and my girlfriend to Salou which is very busy and loud (not for us).
The Port Aventura park was a 5 minute drive away costing about 8 euros in a taxi.
The room was very nice and spacious and clean! Was a little dissapointed that there was no balcony but we wasn't in the room long enough for it to make a difference. The pool area was nice and quiet and the indoor hydrotherapy pool was fantastic to relax in after a day at Port Aventura.
The breakfast was nice with a range of food. Sausages, bacon, eggs, toast, cereal, yogurts etc.
The hotel is ideal as a base to travel from but the resort Vila-Seca isn't really for tourists but was great for us as we only went for 3 nights to visit Port Aventura.
Overall very impressed with the hotel and I will definately use it again when I return to Port Aventura in the future.

This lively beach hotel was built in 1973, completely renovated in 2003 and offers 264 rooms. The facilities include a spacious lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, a games room, Internet access and a TV room. In addition, it offers a cosy cafe, bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and high chairs for younger guests. Medical assistance is also on offer should it be necessary on payment of an additional fee and the hotel provides parking facilities and a play area for children.
“ This hotel was good for the money I paid, food was nothing fantastic but you could always find something to eat. Rooms were avarage a nice hotel for a short break.

The beach hotel was renovated in 2004 and comprises 267 double rooms spread over 7 floors. The facilities include a spacious lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, Internet access and a TV room. There is also a coffee bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for younger guests. Outside, the hotel owns a playground with a kids' club, as well as garage (optional) facilities.
“ Have to say that I was really surprised at this hotel. Hadn't expected much as it was a 3 star. I went with my 8 year old son. We went half board for 5 nights and were pleasently surprised. Hotel is a bit dated alright but it is clean with the room cleaned each morning and towels changed either every day or 2nd day.
