This is the 4th or 5th time we've stayed at the Caspel Hotel, and yes we would book up and go there again.
The food is basic but good and plentiful. The restaurant is very clean and well laid out. There is about anything you need there in the hotel, internet, gym, lovely heated pool, car park, and lounge with TV/Games and music, albiet sometimes a bit loud.
The hotel itself is very clean, has excellent facilities and MOST of the staff are welcoming and friendly (we found one lady who is a bit sharper than she needs to be). I personally think it's the one area that lets them down.
Location is good, area generally quiet, but still within 100 yards or so from the excellent beach and other holiday facilities such as restaurants, clubs, shops, etc.
I like the Caspel, it's relaxing, convenient, and not outstanding in any one area, just generally quite good in all of them.

Top Tip:
There is a local park near the hotel that is pretty much in the centre of town. It has great facilities for the kids, and some lovely places to cool off and relax for parents.
It's right in the middle of the shopping, restaurant area, so if you want a break away from the crowds and give the kids a chance to run around, burn up some energy while you sit and relax, this works well. Its also free...:-)

“ The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool location could be better, as it only got sun after 3 o'clock, and only in certain areas, so maybe not advisable if you like to lie by the pool, but the beach is just down the road.
