Booked Catalonia Gardens but had to check in Salou Suites and ended up staying there. Only there for one night as stop-over so that wasn't a problem.
Apartment was very basic but comfortable and clean enough.
They was no loo paper or soap which was a bit mean we felt!
In a very busy part of Salou so best suited to those party people! In fact there was a club open to 5.00 just across the road - and we know that, not because we visited the club!!!!
Cheap and cheerful so served a purpose and was a good option for us though.

“ Having arrived late at night only to find the hotel closed with directions to another hotel to pick up the keys after walking down dark side street i found the other hotel i was asked to stay there instead as the other hotel was closed i agreed to this and we ended up staying at the salou suite , the service there was exellent and they looked after us ,however i could have done without the walk in the dark.
“ Top Tip: Nice beach not far from the hotel,great restaurant on the way to the beach that did an exellent english breakfast even in the afternoon, The Rovers Return round the corner is worth a visit.

“ i wouldnt know how to rate catalonia gardens apartments as on arrival reception was closed and we had to walk to a nearby hotel to check in, however we were told there was no availability at catalonia gardens and we were given rooms at another apartment,very different to the one we booked which was a little disappointing as our alternative accomodation had no reception,no bar and the pool was very small and there were only 2 sun loungers.

“ stayed in salou suite as catalonia gardens looked like it had closed hopefully for refurbishment as it looked like it needed some!hotel was clean nice swimming pool if a bit small.bar was competively priced with varied entertainment.about 20 minute walk to beach.only trouble we had was transfer did not turn up on ringing the emergency number was told they had no record of it even tho we had confirmed it day before so had to pay 31 euros for taxi wich they said we could claim back.....still waiting to hear,but only posted receipt last week.
