“ Top Tip: About a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a great bar called Danny Boy which pkays live music all night and good food served, great atmosphere and lovely staff.

“ The hotel was relatively clean, but I found that the bathroom and the mirrors were not cleaned properly if at all. There were a few cracks in the wood on the bathroom door and the wardrobe door. Considering the wardrobe doors are mirrored, keeping them clean should of been a priority especially considering that it is a 4-star hotel. I personally thought it was 2-star standard. The room size was decent though.

I was thoroughly disappointed with the breakfast, especially considering that it was included in the price I paid. It was not tasteful and the variety unappealing. I went to a restaurant/bar close-by called Jack Daniels to get my full english breakfast. Nice!!!

“ Top Tip: I loved Cambrils which was a 10 minute bus ride away. The beach was not so congested near there. They have lovely shops along the beach and a market-type area where you can get some bargains.

“ after phoning the reception to report 2 faults in the room ,
1, the shower to bath handle was stuck.
2, the louvre doors wouldn't lock .
within 2 minutes the maintenance man was at the door ,which was a shock for us but more 4 my partner as she was in the bath.
He rectified the faults after about 15minutes
We were impressed.

“ Top Tip: The pub outside the hotel had very friendly staff and was very cheap ,called the Harry Potter Bar.
