“ This hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable, airy, with a large flat screen tv mounted on the wall with sky news. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every day! There was a small fridge where you could keep water, fruit juice etc, but i feel the addition of tea/coffee making facilities would be more than welcome. The pool area was lovely and clean with a life guard on duty at all times, a pool bar serving hot and cold drinks. The hotel had its own pub with lovely staff and good music. The evening entertainment in the hotel was geared towards older residents (ballroom dancing with a resident "dj"!!!) There were also a couple of nights per week, where entertainment consisted of flamenco dancers and a chinese acrobatic act!! All in all, this hotel was an extremely good choice for a quiet relaxing break and i would definately return here in the future.
“ Top Tip: The resort of Salou offers plenty of places to eat, in particular a bar/restaurant called Talaia which was on the sea-front and offered fantastic food and drink at very affordable prices, with a relaxed atmosphere where you could sit outside with a cool drink on a hot day and watch the world go by!!

“ This is a well run spotlessley clean hotel. The food was varied and well cooked, the staff were friendly and helpful . I emailed the hotel before arrival with a room request which they complied with 100% . A very pleasant stay. The week that we went the hotel was full of Dutch and Belgians who were a bit ignorant , but that's not the hotel's fault.
“ Top Tip: Pub over the road called the lazy wave good for sky sport .

This was our second stay at h10 hotels last year we stayed at Delfin park which we tried to get into again this year but it wad full.
Upon arrival at the hotel we were told quite sharply we have no room for you. We booked and paid our room back in July and were astounded that they had no room. We were put up in another hotel for 1 night and were told try would have a room available tomorrow. After moving at 22:30 at night with no offer of taxi we were told it's a 5 min walk we arrived at the other hotel.
When we returned the next day a room
Was given to us that stunk to high heaven of smoke, we asked to move and were told no. They put a device in the room and wad told this would clear the smell in 2 hours. 3 hours later and the room smelt exactly the same I returned to reception to be told again they have no room.
I refuse to accept this and after 10 mins a room, by magic appeared. Which we were happy with.
At the end of our holiday we found that this had happened to another family at the hotel.
The hotel public areas are modern but the rooms are in need of refurbishment like it's sister hotels in the resort.
I would not choose this hotel again, my parents recommended this hotel as they had stayed 3 times previously but after our experience, never again.

“ The Salou Princess is an excellent hotel, friendly staff, rooms cleaned everyday, beds changed every other day, clean towels everyday, the Hotel is kept really clean and the food in the restaurant was fantastic, with a great selection of dishes and salad bar to die for.Entertainment at night was mainly geared for the older clients, who came from all over Salou to dance, there was a different act on every night, which is great the first week, but boring after that. The Hotel is full of Spanish,Germans and Russians, with very few British people there. But the Hotel is excellent in general, 5 minutes to the Beach and the miles of prom, also close to the town centre shops.
“ Top Tip: There is a bar/restaurant across the busy road called The Robin Hood which has tribute acts on most nights, bingo, quizzes and drinks at reasonable prices 2 euros a pint. The Chicargo with beer at one euro also around the corner the Texas bar also 1 euro.
