“ The entertainers did their best with something on from 11am until 3pm. Mainly no win bingo, participative water sports and music and then starting over in the evening with 'tribute' acts and a trip to Chaplins where you'll pay £5.50 for a double. Customer service from the reception staff in International II is non existent and they prefer to work on the basis of intimidation i.e. comply with arbitrary decisions or your security deposit will be kept. You will lose your security deposit if there are 'breakages', you will lose your deposit if you don't comply with 'expected' standards of behaviour. You will lose your deposit if you're 'caught' using the outside fire escape stairs as a shortcut to the pool. The security deposit was £100 and to be honest, I'm not sure that any one thing in the place cost more than £25. There is a hotel across the way within spitting distance and we were kept awake until 4.30 in the morning one evening. Catch a tip: When you speak to the reception staff, record it. They mainly speak to each other in Spanish so when you go home you might want to translate. We asked to stay until 6pm on the last day and were told to go back after 4pm the next day which we did. The reception staff looked at each other and said come back at 5pm but once after we complained about needing to plan our days there was no problem. Don't take no for an answer. Remind reception staff that you are on holiday!

“ First of all Ignore all the bad reviews!! After booking this hotel for me and my partner (We are mid 20's - 30) we were silightly aprehensive. We needn't have been. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and the hotel was in an ideal location. Yes the rooms are basic, but it is a two star hotel!! The rooms were large, the bathroom fully functional, kitchen with two ring hob fridge and all your esentials, seating are and balcony. Every room has air con which you arn't charged extra for and The sheets and towels were changed twice during are week stay. Liek I say this i one of the cleanest hotels of this calibre I have stayed in and would not hesitate to return. We did have to leave a 100 Euro deposit for the room and TV Remote but there were no problems getting this back at the end of our stay. Perfect for couples or Families, there is loads of entertainment during the day and evening, and there are two watre parks and a theme par all within 10 min drive. Excursions are easy to organise with the hotel and the reps are really helpful. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Fantastic stay!
