“ The rooms are very basic with the sink being in the room and not in the bathroom which we found peculiar. The rooms were cleaned daily and clean towels were provided daily which was very good. There was not a lot of storage for clothes etc. The staff were very friendly and the assistant manager (Ivanio) was extremely helpful. The food was very good with plenty of choice. The entertainment was quite basic. We did have a problem with a couple of noisy families in the early hours of the morning. Security did eventually sort this out but during our 7 night stay we had to contact security regarding this 4 times. I would not recommend this hotel for older couples or even for young couples - it is geared more towards families. So if your idea of holiday hell is plenty of children running around then avoid this hotel!

“ Top Tip: There is a free bus service to Salou - this runs between 10.00am and 11.30am in the morning and the pick up time is 4.00pm - 5.00pm. However, Salou IS within walking distance if you go directly left out of the main entrance of the hotel and carry straight on to the end of the road. The bus goes in a completely different direction which takes longer and if you want to come back before 4.00pm a taxi costs about 10 euros. We only discovered this on our penultimate day after having paid out for taxi's all week!

“ The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. With regards the food, there is always something that you can eat if you are a fussy eater at all.

My problem was that I booked a hotel room and when arrived found out that I was not in fact staying in the hotel but was staying in an apartment 200 yards away. When booking all inclusive, you book this because you want everything within your living area and not 200 yards away. This left us very much not feeling part of the hotel. Although the apartment was nice and clean etc, it was not what we booked and we should have been advised of this prior to confirming our booking.

For kids it is excellent they loved it and overall a very good stay - 10 min walk to the beach

Not sure i would like to go if it was just me and the misus but as I say for kids excellent

“ Brilliant hotel :) I went with my best friend and my 9 year son and we had a great time! The entertainment team are a lovely bunch of people working very hard to make it as enjoyable as possible :)
