“ The hotel was very very dirty, our room looked like it had not been cleaned since it closed last season. There was several maintainance issues in our room from a leaky boiler to skirting boards hanging off and lifted tiles on the balcony. It had 2 cooking rings no oven, grill, toaster not even a can or bottle opener.

hotel a lot better than previous reviews said, room was great, balcony was massive and stretched around 2 sides of the building.
staff in reception were great and very helpful, helped us plan a trip to barcelona no problem.
only downside was no air conditioning in the bedroom

Hotel, clean but basic, Air-con broke had to get some fans in, lots of younger people in hotel (18-25) but is was not noisy, good location. I would say it was only just a 3 star hotel more so a 2 star.

I must admit im usually too lazy to leave my own reviews of hotels but given the level of injustice this hotel has received from some people i felt has though i had to write something.
When you book accomodation anywhere you get what you pay for- this hotel charged us £35 a night for four people therefore you know what your NOT going to get- five star facilities and what you ARE going to get- things probably being a little tired around the edges.
This is excatly what we got.....not that im complaining!
We were 4 twenty somethings off on a long weekend off partying and drinking and as such this hotel was spot on- central location, clean, adequate size rooms etc. Granted if you are a family with young children this is not an ideal for you- the pool is small, there is no kids entertainment and it can be a little noisy at night due to it being over the road from a large nightclub, but really it annoys me when people pay peanuts and then expect the earth!!
I understand everyone has their own budgets but if you are couple or a family try and find a couple of extra quid and go elsewhere- you'll clearly have a more enjoyable time, if your a group of young(ish) people who wont be spending much time at the hotel and just want somewhere to crash this place is fan-tas-tic!!!!!!!!

“ Overall we were very pleased, we expected a fairly basic accomodation and I would say it exceeded that expectation. There was a lot of noise for 2 days in a row and it was difficult to sleep but that problem was sorted and it did not happen again.
