Facilities include a reception area, a bar and a restaurant and there are car park and garage facilities for those arriving by car.These apartments are centrally located in the town of Salou, which features a copious number of bars, restaurants and boutiques.The light, tastefully arranged apartments come with a bathroom, a combined bedroom/ lounge, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and a balcony or terrace. There is also a hire safe and TV in each apartment as standard.There is a swimming pool with sun terrace in the well-kept outdoor complex.The reception is not open 24 hours a day. A returnable deposit, per person, is required upon arrival. It is necessary to call in advance to arrange to pick up the keys in 10 Vendrell St. Tel: 977 38 33 22.

“ room not cleaned in fortnight .full of noisey frogs.springs on matress sticking thru.no clean towels rusty bath ,no plugs dont go.....
“ Top Tip: welsh bar next to victoria cheap and cheerful.

“ Thank goodness we were upgraded from the dive we were originally booked into "Pacific Hotel" which was closed for renovations which by the way we were not informed of before travelling!! I guess you get the service you pay for huh. The sister hotel (which name escapes me) was better located closer to the beach and wasn't as bad as Ibersol. Next time I'll fork out a little more to get better accomodation. I cannot rate Pacific Hotel as I did not get to stay there and I thank God for that.

On arrival at this 'dump' we were given the keys to our room, were we found the sofa bed completely bent and broken unsuitable and unsafe for our daughter to sleep on, the freezer compartment of the fridge was a solid block of ice and the fridge door was open with a towel on the floor to mop up the water, the light in the bathroom didn't work. We asked for a change of room which to be fair we had no problems about, except that we had to sweep and mop the floor before allowing the children to walk around with bare feet. During our 4 day stay we had no change of bedding no clean towels and the one and only toilet roll that was left for us on day 1, the room was never cleaned. On our last day a baby did a poo in the small baby pool, I reported this to reception and asked that it be closed or cleaned as there were a lot of children around the pool, 3 times I went into reception and it was never delt with!!
The steps up to the entrance of the hotel were filthly with sand, cigarette butts, and sweet papers this was never swept during our 4 day stay!
