Los Linajes Hotel

“ This was an very comfortable hotel in a central location in the old town of Segovia. The bed was ENORMOUS. The bathroom was clean with a cracking shower. We only had one meal there (evening) and it was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only criticism is that the plumbing from other rooms was audible - we were in room 110 and this may not be true of all rooms.
Hotel within walking distance from both aqueduct and Alkazar.

“ Top Tip: There's an unprepossessing looking bar/restaurant about 3 mins walk away - Cuevas de San Esteban - can't remember the name of the street it's in but it's up the street from the hotel, a slight dogleg to the right and almost hidden on the right. The food was teriffic and the atmosphere very local.

“ Central location a bonus, friendly helpful staff, rooms fairly well equipped considering Segovia not on the tourist trail yet, ie no coffee/tea/ mini bar etc in rooms.

“ Top Tip: We booked room only and used the local cafe's for breakfast which were really cheap, friendly and comfortable

“ This hotel is a very charming old building and well situated. The reception area is also most attractive and welcoming with windows overlooking the terrace and the countryside beyond. We were fortunate to have the same view from our room which was most satisfactory and well appointed.On the whole we were very pleased with our choice;negative aspect was breakfast was not included and consequently expensive.

“ Top Tip: only a short walk away to Plaza Mayor the main square where you can eat and drink with a view of Segovia's beautiful cathedral

“ It was Impossible to get to the Hotel because of roadworks, we asked a non smoking room, there was no such thing,had to pay 14 euros to park, long walk to Resterants, Segovia Beautifull ,the Hotel very Average.
