“ Staff were very pleasant and helpful.All reception staff spoke english and others as well.Good breakfasts with a wide choice of different foods.Most days we had the pool area to ourselves,and there was a life guard present at all times.Hotel in situated just off the main road that goes from Seville to Portugal, but we never heard the traffic.Perfect base to explore Seville as it is about a 20minute drive away.The hotel had a mini bus that went to Seville but we had hired a car for our stay.
“ Top Tip: Hotel is in a small residential area not alot of eating places.Best to travel into Seville, restaurants open about 8.30pm

Prior to leaving the UK for our holiday, we emailed the hotel directly to arrange a pick up from the airport via the free shuttle bus. The hotel confirmed a date and a time, and to meet them in the coach parking at the airport. Upon arriving at Seville airport, we made our way to the coach parking for the pre-arranged pick up time, we waited for 45 minutes in total! We rang the hotel after 30 minutes incase they were running behind - to our shock they inform us they are too busy to pick us up, and that they never received our request to even be picked up!! Due to the complete incompetence of the hotel, we ended up taking the local bus into Seville.
Once we had checked into the hotel, we did request a free upgrade on our room and this was lovely.
The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the centre of Seville, and the local transport is limited. The area of Benacazon is mainly residential with limited facilities (i.e. shops, bars, restaurants) which makes you rather dependant on the free shuttle into Seville.
The swimming pool/area is lovely and a welcome blessing in the Seville heat!
