“ If you want to stay in the heart of Seville in a large traditional Sevillian house then this is it. It is on a very narrow street, but once inside you find a beautiful internal courtyard with all its original tiling. The staff were very helpful and are available 24/7 making it feel secure. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. There was a good continental breakfast with free tea/coffee and biscuits available all day. Within yards there was a selection of charming tapas bars and was a ten minute walk from the cathedral

“ Top Tip: Bar Alfalfa - a great tapas bar if you are looking for one without the frills!

I loved this little hotel. The location was amazing and it was great value. It was really attractive - a beautiful, light courtyard foyer, stained glass doorways, little balconies, Andalusian tilework, tasteful furniture.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
There were some lovely touches. I'd read that they provided an all day coffee bar. This was a room with tables and chairs, and a machine that dispensed hot drinks, but they also provided sachets of soup, and in the afternoon, biscuits and cake for tea, and early evening, glasses of local orange wine!
My room was on the ground floor - helpfully next to the coffee bar, so I often nipped in to grab a hot chocolate! It was well, but simply furnished and very clean. I'd heard that some of the rooms could be noisy, especially if facing the street, but mine was quiet apart from hearing hotel guests outside my room. The view for me was a postage stamp sized courtyard full of plants, which was pretty, but made the room dark. But that's my only complaint!
I wouldn't hesistate to recommend this hotel and would definately stay there again.

Top Tip:
The hotel was on the doorstep of Alfalfa Square, which had several bars frequented by the locals and a children's play area. A few doors along from the hotel was a supermarket and a fruit and veg shop, and my personal favourite, the shop which sold pets, christmas decorations and pants, complete with owner with a parrot which sat on her head!
A few doors along in the other direction is Pilate's Palace, an exquisite house and garden dating from the renaissance. A real gem to wander around.

Centerally located, very friendly and helpfull staff, easy taxi ride from airport, fantastic price for the quality of the hotel on the deal we got. Definatley plan to go back same time next year.
Would recommend without hesitation. Only chose not to have breakfast's there as we wanted to try as many different places as possiable, free coffee and orange wine was availiable between 10.00 and 22.00 from the breakfast bar, both were very nice. Moorish architecture and tiled lobby area being former merchants house ( I think ? ) made for an atractive, cooling and welcoming hotel that was plesantly different
“
Top Tip:
Usual tips, eat and drink away from the main squares and plazas. Prices are cheaper, quality better and service more friendly.
Did out the smaller bars, they may be a short walk but it's no hardship and your almost sure to stumble upon your own little gem en route.
Cathederal has free entry on Sunday afternoons but some access may be restricted
