I stayed at the America Hotel (single room) for Semana Santa - lots of the processions went right past the hotel, so I could watch them from my window! It's in a fairly central location, in the Plaza del Duque, so it's really close to shops and not too far to walk to the Cathedral, Giralda, Real Alcazar etc. The first room I had was ridiculously stuffy and hot, overlooking a tiny courtyard (blank wall) wth a noisy extractor fan. The receptionist was very helpful and changed my room without any fuss. The room wasn't very big, but it was comfortable and clean, with free wi-fi, and there was a decent sized television and a mini-bar. Breakfast was the usual buffet arrangement with quite a good selection. Mostly older people and couples staying here - might not be lively enough for a group of younger people, as the hotel itself is fairly quiet.
The staff were all very helpful and efficient - I'd stay here again.

Top Tip:
Gaia Vegetarian Restaurant - one of the very few vegetarian-friendly places I could find in Seville (for when I got bored of patatas bravas and pisto!) Lots of choice and friendly service. Small and fairly casual.
Whatever you do when you're in Seville, visit the Real Alcazar - allow plenty of time to explore the gardens - it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to!

Easy parking with motorcycles many designated spaces just outside hotel.
The open tour bus lets you find all your bearings jump on and off were you like

“ Very friendly attentive, helpful staff. Attractive hotel and very clean. Nice room and very sound proff considering in the centre of town. Right in the centre of Seville within easy walking distance of sights and right next to some good bars and restaurants.

Top Tip:
Also next to El corte Ingles the massive department store and other shopping streets. Cost about 5 euros to the train station where you can get the airport bus fr 2.40 euros. (although when I arrived at night taxi cost 10 euros to hotel)
Lizarnas tapas bar right next to the hotel is really good and nice staff.
