“ Excellent and atmopheric due to the age and nature of the Moorish hotel and decor. Perfect location for all of Seville's main visits and close to excellent restaurants and tapas bars. Breakfast kept us going all day and no need for lunch as there was such a variety and good quality.
“ Top Tip: Europa tapas bar really good just down the road for a quick but very good selction of tapas and wines

“ A unique building o, rather, a series iof buildings, interlinked by narrow passageways that lead to hidden patios, all of which is stunningly beautiful. It sits in the ancient barrio of Santa Cruz, walking distance from everything you could want to see in Sevilla. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“ Lovely hotel; the building, courtyards, accommodation and staff were all fantastic, the location was central, the breakfast was mediocre.
“ Top Tip: Great bar and restaurant in Calle Santa Maria La Blanca - same road as hotel - located on opposite side of the road to the hotel and on the corner around which there is a Churros shop and road leads into the Jardines de Murillo. Excellent service and good food (Churros shop also excellent).

Fascinating hotel - as much a part of Seville's history as many of the other buildings.
Good service and comfortable room although I found the bathroom a bit small.
Be prepared for a long but interesting walk back to your room: the building comprises hundreds of winding alleys and tunnels.
Recommended.
“ Top Tip: I recommend taking the bike tour - you see the all the sights in around 3 hours and get great exercise too!

“ The hotel was in the process of being painted, which was some way towards improving its tired decor. seating in breakfast room plastic, seating in rooms plastic. suite in common area tired.There is no restaurant only a breakfast area, though there are many good eating establishments and tapas bars close by.

The Murillo hotel is ideally located in the historical and very charming centre of Seville, in the famous area of Santa Cruz. All the main sightseeing attractions including the Cathedral, the Alcazar Palace and the Giralda are located nearby. This property has recently been renovated to a modern and attractive standard. All rooms are equipped with facilities including telephone, cable television, modem connection, air conditioning and a full bathroom with hairdryer.
“ Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, room cleaned everyday. Rooms not huge but excellent value for what we paid, would not hesitate to use again. Location superb, simply walk out the door and you are in the heart of the old part.

“ The hotel's reception area is beautifully decorated and air conditioned, however the rooms are not (at least the one we stayed in anyway!). Our room was very clean, however it was a little dated and could have done with a bit of a refresh.
