“ Having read some poor reviews after booking ths hotel, I was not sure what to expect, but the hotel proved to be fine. As we were not paying a lot for our room we were pleasantly surprised by the size and layout. At first we had no plugs for the sinks and a light bulb missing but these problems were sorted within 5 mins. of being reported. We had no problams with noise in the hotel - but this may be more of a problem if you go in high season.

The room was cleaned daily and the hobs, microwave and fridge all worked well - we even managed to cook a meal for 4 one evening!! We used the restaurant for breakfast on the last day and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the reasonable price.

The hotel is very well situated for Seville city - 5 mins walk, and for restaurants and bars. Also very close to the beaytiful river. March is a wonderful time of year in Seville, sunshine every day but cooler in the evening.

We will be returning to Seville next year and would have no hesitation in using this hotel again.

“ Basic but good value, close to the centre just across the bridge. Not much in the way of utensils for cooking, but enough to get by. We found it ideal for our purposes.

“ Excellent value for money. Great location just over the bridge and within easy walking distance of the main town centre. Very handy supermarket just opposite & plenty of places to eat nearby.

“ For the price we paid this hotel was great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean and the added facility of a small kitchenette comes in handy with fridge, microwave and double electric ring. I took my own towels as I have stayed in apartments before where there weren't any but there was no need as these were provided in the rooms. The views from the window aren't great but you don't go to Seville to stay in your hotel! There is a carpark just around the corner though it is a bit pricey - nearly 21euros for 24 hours so next time I would try to do a bit of digging for a cheaper carpark. The hotel's location is great with a couple of cafes just outside the main entrance and just a short walk to the river and all the other delights Seville has to offer. I will definitely be re-visiting Seville and would recommend the Resitur Hotel Apartments to others.

“ Top Tip: I would just reiterate that the location of this hotel is great to see all that Seville's centre has to offer. It really is a beautiful city.
