“ El Cid has real character. The staff at reception offer excellent service and it's a fun place to stay. Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. It's only ten minutes walk to the beach and less time to all the bars and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone considering time in Sitges.
“ Top Tip: The restaurant El Castell which is off a little street near to the church is a fantastic place to eat. Food is great and a very reasonable wine selection. I'd recommend going for a lunchtime deal.

“ I have stayed at the El Cid several times and have enjoyed every minute! The staff are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. There is a swimming pool complete with loungers and shades. It is situated in a quiet part of the town yet near to all amenities ie restaurants, bars, shops. I would recommend it to anyone.
“ Top Tip: There is a restaurant in the same block as the El Cid, almost next door to the entrance, whch serves "menu del dia" which I have found very good. There is nice fish restaurant round the corner to the left ,from the entrance to the hotel, but only open limited times so check this.
