“ Good location overlooking the beach and next door to the marina where there are plenty of restaurants. 15 mins walk to old town centre. Art rooms worth having and there is plenty of art pieces throughout the hotel and grounds. Breakfast is the usual buffet and restaurant is OK for luunch/dinner if nothing special. The pool bar is a little odd with the bar staff having to go into the hotel bar to collect many items and for all cash transactions - it doesn't make for a quick service!
“ Top Tip: The reastaurants in the marina (less than 5 mins walk) offer much better value than the local Beach bars!

The hotel was excellent, right next to a lovely beach. Good pool and very quiet. The walk to the main busy area was about 25 minutes but along the seafront which was a pleasure. If you want to eat nearer the hotel there is a gorgeous strip of restaruants and bars in the harbour really close to the hotel.
The hotel is in the port area a little way from the main beach/town area but if you want to be out of the main town but happy to stroll for 25 mins to reach the busy then this is a great location. But if you want the quiet life then it has a pool, beach and good range of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.
The main town is beautiful, narrow streets and typically spanish rather than usual british driven bars. I would say 80% spanish people and the rest spread across europe. about 10% english at most. You should also know it is probably the gay capital pf spain, which is evident when you observe the people but no problem unless you have fairly extreme views
As a hotel it is clean and has all you could want but seems to see itself as something of an art gallery with a bent for the erotic. Some interesting pieces at every turn! that said, we had our 7 year old daughter and didnt feel uncomfortable. Its just a bit curious. We had a great time and would love to go there again for the hotel, the location and the typically spanish feel.

The hotel was clean and staff very attentive and friendly. The variety of food available at breakfast was astounding, including fresh fruit, juice, cooked breakfast as well as continental and children's cereals. Amazingly all was still being replenished at 10:30 when breakfast officially over. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though a little 'tired' with evidence of cracks to tiles and sanitary ware. There is a hidden kitchenette for the fridge, however the electric hob didn't work but the fridge is full size contaning various minibar offerings. The two pools are small but adequate for swimming, diving and general water play and were adored by the children staying during our visit. The clientelle is truly international with no particular nationality dominating. The intimate nature of the pool setup enabled easy interaction with other guests but opportunity to switch off and relax was also possible. There is artwork all over the hotel, paintings, sculptures, textiles - some available to purchase, should the fancy take you and the bank balance allow. So character rather than souless sophistication.
This is a relaxed and comfortable hotel with many facilities available and good service. The twin rooms have sofa beds so can accomodate families making the stay more economical.
Beware: The terracotta tiles around the pool are extremely slippy when wet (shoes or bare feet) and scorching in the heat of the day. The hotel hosts weddings on Saturdays and if guests also stay overnight there can be general high spirited chatting and corridor traffic till dawn.
Shop around - We booked 3 different room options for our party with widely differing prices but got 3 rooms more or less the same.
“ Top Tip: Sea front walk to Sitges lovely with restaurants on the way but best done in comfy shoes. The beach across the road from the hotel was good for families with a gently shelving shore though the sea could be rough at times. Hire pedaloes with slides £12 an hour.

The hotel and service were very good. The hotel has just opened a gallery.
Apart from a Dali in the enterance! there were lots of new artists work on display. The Artistes de merit del Barcelona.
The hotel also has a large collection of work by Josep Maria Subirachs, with limited addition prints in the bedrooms. Subirachs has one huge piece of work, the crucifixion, on the facade of the Sarada Familia.
“ Top Tip: Sitges port resort has very nice restaurants and bars. A 10 min walk along the beach, takes you to Sitges town. Barcelona was only a short train ride away. The trains run every 20 mins. Easy conections to the metro.

While it is can cater for families and younger people, they don't tend to stay there as the hotel is some way away from the centre of Sitges in a very quiet are of town.
It is an Art hotel and there are many "works of art" on display, so would be unsuitable for young children / young people, who are not supervised.
There are no local entertainments, though there is a nice beach nearby.
The restaurants are those in the harbour complex, which are good but expensive.
“
Top Tip:
The breakfast is excellent and the hotel is kept spotlessly clean at all times.
Staff were very helpful.
