“ Different! Very modern bedrooms. Twin Queen size beds. 30inch flat screen T.V. with BBC1 & BBC2. Bathroom has a jacuzi bath, 2 hand basins, seperate shower room and seperate WC. International branded drinks. Food is great with a good selection and plenty of it. dinning room staff on the ball, tables cleared as soon as you have emptied your plate, wine glasses refilled before they are empty by managers, if the waiters are busy. Evening entertainment shows by profesionals. No need for wrist bands,you really do feel that you are being treated as a guest not just another holiday maker.
“ Top Tip: Ask for Tea and Coffee making facillaties (i.e. Kettle) to be sent to room when you check in. Ask for a bedroom in Block A if you want the evening sun or one in Block B f you want the morning sun. Use of computers cost 1euro for 10 minutes.

“ A smart hotel with lovely landscaping and well appointed rooms. Plenty of entertainment and activities, but away from the main resort of Playa des Americas, so not suitable for those looking for a lively environment. Food plentiful, but after 5 nights the buffet was becoming a bit samey and a meal in the a la carte restaurant was welcome. Service good.
“ Top Tip: If you are travelling with children, take the free shuttle bus to Playa des Americas and visit the water park 'Siam Park', which was a fantastic day out and on par with American water parks which we are used to visiting.

Hotel was very good overall. Facilities were of high standard. Rooms were as advertised and there was no fighting for sun loungers as there were plenty pool areas to choose from. The Adult pool was especially good and very quiet! Buffet restaurant had plenty of options for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
The only let down was Snacks inbetween set buffet hours were poor not 5 star standard!
