“ the hotel needs to up its food budget, food was not very good quality or choice

“ Hotel was great but the only thing it wasn't in the main town Plas De Amercia's. It was a 15 mins drive away from the town. It was very expensive in Taxi to get into town at night - 15 euro's each way which was £18.00 Sterling. Next time we go, i'll make sure it is in the main part of Tenerife. Other than that it was a great holiday!

“ Brilliant evening entertainment package

“ We did not class this hotel as 3 star. Rooms were very clean, good fine but the pool was very very cold, not very clean tables etc. around this pool. Lounge was very uncomfortable, entertainment good but room lacked comfort, plus when you are on a two week holiday the second week is repeatative. Electric around the dining room behind the counter had bare wires, ceiling light hanging down in reception. We enjoyed holiday because we used the courtesy bus to Los Americas but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if they want to have a bit of comfort when sitting down in the evening.
We had great trouble getting in touch with the travel transfer to check the time of our departure, this give us a lot of worry plus time spent phoning the number only to get an answer machine. We did eventually get through but I think I would rather have paid for a taxi.

“ Top Tip: I don't know why it states that a small beach is nearby, I wish I had taken a photograph of this beach, I think I only saw a couple of local people on this, there was not even steps down to it.
