“ Fantastic hotel. Great service and at reception doing everything they can to please you. Celebrated 2 birthday's with bottle of cava and chocolates in the room. Excellent food and drinks. Hotel very well situated near shopping center Playa del Duque. Stayed there already many times and certainly going back again.

Food was diabolical and getting it was a cavalry charge.Menu consisted of mainly pork and chicken. There was some fish options but these were usually drenched in some obscure sauce. Vegetables were were either over or under cooked, one night they were sauteed with fish ?? If you wanted pasta you had to queue for that as well. We finished eating out on a few occasions. Breakfast was not any better.
On the credit side entertainment was quite good and drink prices were reasonable. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I wouldn't go back to this hotel again, in fact I doubt if i'll ever go half or full board again. with self catering you get to choose what you want eat.

“ Enjoyed our stay once again ( as usual ).......although......the restaurant staff didn't seem to be quite as efficient as in our previous visits. Didn't spoil our holiday in the slightest though!!!!!

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, with photographic views of the resort and Mount Teide. The beach is located just 1.5 km from the hotel, and access to a range of shops is close by. The Acuario boasts a selection of facilities including swimming pool, bar and restaurants. Each of the bedrooms are fully equipped with bathroom, telephone and balcony or terrace.
“ I stayed in two rooms: first No 505 and then No 210. In second one was a disappointment( better one I presume, because the floor was nicely arranged and some sitting area done for guests, also more looked after ) cleanniness was worse than I anticipated - I informed reception there was filthy shower tube (mould and limeskales) - answer: 'manager's satisfied with cleanniness'.

Built in 1960 and renovated in 2002, this hotel comprises a total of 15 single rooms and 145 double rooms spread over 5 floors. The hotel has a lobby with a reception, a lift and shops. Additional facilities include a bar, a pub and an air-conditioned e la carte restaurant. In addition, the hotel offers use of a public Internet terminal. Room and laundry services complete the services on offer at this hotel.

The Reveron apartments are just outside the resort centre of Los Cristianos. The sandy beach is beside the harbour. The town is known for its fun atmosphere, with a good number of bars and restaurants. The apartments provide a clean base to stay to explore everything that Los Cristianos has to offer. All have 2/3 beds, kitchenette, lounge, bathroom/shower and TV. Also there is an outdoor pool and a restaurant with waiter service.
“ Excellent apartments (for price) and location, fairly quiet area which suited us. Only negative was very firm beds and not very comfortable bed-settee (to sit on) in lounge. However for our 5 day stay this was not a big problem.
