Just returned from a 5 night break, and had a great time! Hotel is lovely, very good for a 3* with special touches such as the faux leather sun beds and day beds around one of the pools- felt more like a 5*!
Food does cater more for the continental palate, but with chefs cooking fresh pancakes, eggs and omlettes at breakfast, and steak/chops every lunch and dinner, we we very happy with the choice.
Have to say the wine on the all- inclusive was poor, but that was the main negative. Big spacious room and balcony, would definitely return.
“ Top Tip: Ground floor rooms tended to have the largest balconies.e were in block E, and it was lovely and quiet.

“ Lovely Hotel, great service all round. Rooms cleaned daily and of good size and equipment. Stayed AI food was good but as usual it does get a bit boring after 2 weeks :-) Would recommend trying restaurants in La Caleta (30 min walk or 5euro in a taxi) El Duque beach is the best in the area and Fanabe is good as well and much more typical of Playa de las americas.
“ Top Tip: Back pool near reception is heated and the day beds are great. All the A/C rooms have bigger balconies which are really nice but some of the non A/C pool view ones have them too (Block C)

“ Excellent accommodation. When our transfer bus arrived, eventually we were full of anticipation and fear of the unknown, however, our first impressions were safe, friendly, polite and professional. Our apartment was a very good size which added to our comfort. We had saved for this holiday for over 2 years and it was very much needed. Our room was noisy at night from garbage lorries and upstairs clompy shoes. The staff, were very polite, helpful and mostly friendly. I got the impression once or twice that drinks were not as plentiful as i had hoped ie. grenadine cordial with lemonade ran out a couple of times but apart from this it was excellent service. The small bar located at the little pool was not open on our first 3 days of our holiday. The restruant had a brilliant selection of food and it was plentiful. However, it was very busy and we had to find our own knives and forks sometimes and also no saucers to our cups which meant we made marks on table from coffee, juice etc. On the whole it was a wonderful experience and we thought good value for our money.
“ Top Tip: A great market opposite the hotel. It kept our older children happy and we got some bargains to take home! Open twice a week Saturday and Thursdays.
