“ Stayed in this hotel some years ago when it was under a different name, since then it has had a complete refubishment and i would highly recommend this hotel. 3 mins to beach and near by restaraunts. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpfull. Room was very clean and modern .restaraunt was exellent with a buffet style with lots of choice

“ The Hotel was very nice and the Staff were very helpful, but we paid for the Splendid Service and feel it really didn't warrant the extra £400.00 pds first of all the hotel were unaware that we had paid for the extra service so we didn't get a special room it did have a sea view but so did people who paid for all inclusive, we had to ask for a kettle which didn't arrive until the next day we also had to keep reminding reception for our remote control for the TV, we did get dressing gowns but no slippers and no fruit ever arrived. In the dining room the special service was non existant no special service was provided apart from the table was near the window, we were not offered any wines apart from the local all inclusive after a couple of days we realised that we had to ask for named wines,we were wearing the gold wristband so it should have been up to the staff to let us know the correct proceedure it was the same around the pool and in the bar of an evening again we were never offered the branded drinks just the local brands Very disapointed with the upgrade

Recently refurbished, an excellent job. The hotel is very attractive inside and out. with new swimming pools and out door furniture.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Food is freshly prepared and well presented. we had a lovely holiday.

Most of the guest have had problems with the lift doors sticking or trapping them because of their intermittent operation. Better maintenance on them is required.
A larger glass should be provided for those amongst us who prefer a pint of beer at the bar.
“ Top Tip: The News Sports and Karaoke bar just around the bend is a great night out. English speaking but makes all nationalities welcome.
