Staff excellent, facilities good and food/restaurant was consistantly very good.
If you want a quiet, sun bathing place, away from the bussle of the pool, try the astra turf covered area on the roof of the hotel.

We have stayed at the Fanabe at least 6 times so it answers the question regards our feelings about the hotel, this was the first time we have stayed A/I but found it to be no more than part inclusive, for instance they do not include the cafe food which is chargable for items such as varied Baguetts or toasted sandwiches, they also charge for drinks such as Irish Coffees that amount to a weak coffee with added whisky and a squirt of synthetic cream (not recommended) you may as well order a whisky and a coffee and pour the contents to taste.
Some people also thought the term A/I was a bit over-egging what was available but there is an enormous amount of returning guests so maybe we expected too much of the claim A/I.
“ Top Tip: All amenities are within a ten minute walk for the able bodied and the beach is about 15 minutes at a slow pace.

This beach hotel has 365 rooms in total. It's a seven-storey building with 3 lifts. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, 24-hour check-in/check-out, currency exchange facility, lift access, 2 cafes, 4 bars, a games room, TV room and restaurants. There is also a kids' club (from 4 to 12 years). Optional amenities include a bazaar, Internet access and hairdressers' salon (all subject to additional fees). Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.
“ Hotel is very god apart from the bathrooms are small the shower screen is fixed to the bath and dificult to get into the bath, also there is good selection of food but plates for hot meals were cold and the food was cold when you got it back to the table, however I would return to the hotel, this was our 2nd visit

All 282 spacious bedrooms are equipped with a furnished terrace or balcony, air conditioning, satellite television with music channels, telephone, minibar and safety deposit box. Facilities at the La Siesta Hotel include an outdoor swimming pool for adults and one for children (both heated), a large garden and playground, floodlit tennis court, sun loungers, parasols, restaurant, pool bar, internet access and a brand new spa with plunge pools, saunas and treatments, hairdresser and beautician.

The Isla Bonita offers high standards and spacious accommodation in a peaceful location. The sandy beach is nearby and rooms are bright and comfortable, making this a great choice for a fun-filled, carefree holiday. It is part of a two-hotel complex, and guests may be accommodated in the adjacent sister hotel, but all can enjoy an array of facilities at both properties. The hotel comprises a total of 438 double room spread over 6 floors. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24_hour reception desk, safe, currency exchange facility and lifts. Furthermore, there are 2 bars, games room, an air_conditioned non_smoking restaurant with highchairs for infants, a grill restaurant and an Italian restaurant available, as well as a public Internet terminal, a conference room, laundry and medical services, a kids club and a childrens playground.
“ just returned from 4 nights had a really good time. very clean, food ok, staff friendly,free towel service. do not be put off by the look its dated but hey ho we couldnt have stayed in england for 4 nights for what it cost us for all inclusive ther and that includes flights

Occupying a fantastic location, the Apartments Parque Santiago III and IV are ideally situated on the oceanfront of Playa de las Americas with direct access to the sea and sandy beach, 200 metres away. Suitably catering for all ages and tastes - especially families - this complex of apartments is complimented by a good range of facilities. The four pools are a great place for a refreshing dip and the spacious sunbathing terrace is perfect for relaxing.
