“ Hotel was very central for everything but was definitely not 4 star accommodation. The rooms were basic and need updated. Food was ok and hotel staff were very friendly. The side we were in also had a taxi rank right ouside that ran 24/7!!
“ Top Tip: Iberostar hotel acoss the road was far superior. Pool amazing and lovely sea views. ( was originally the Bouganville )

“ Have stayed here three times now and the staff are very friendly, food is varied and good, nice pool area, good entertainment and the animation team do a brilliant job. But the hotel is now looking tired and needs a little makeover, new carpets, air conditioning in all the rooms, just a general upgrade.

“ This Hotel and the people that work here are first rate. Had a great room overlooking the pool which I was upgraded to for free. You need to remember that if you pay for a double economy, that is what you will get as it is at the back of the hotel overlooking the Shopping centre and road. The rooms overlooking the pool are lovely, very clean, very spacious but like most Hotels, can be noisy as walls are pretty thin. The one downside is the Hotel seem to be getting a bit greedy. When I was there in December there was a Fridge in the room that you could use for free, when I went back, you had to pay to have the minibar stocked and the drinks weren't cheap. I found this disappointing. I know you always pay more for drinks in the Hotel but 7 euro 50 cent for a Jack Daniels was extortionate when you can get a bottle over there for 20 Euro's. I would definitely go back to the hotel as the location is very central (although a 15 minute walk from the beach) but the staff are what mak ethis place special. The team from Reception to the entertainments and cleaning staff are all great and cannot do enough for you.
“ Top Tip: Make sure you visit Harleys for a cocktail, great music and the cocktail waiter is an act on his own, his juggling and performances were as good as the groups (except for Crush who were exceptional!)
