“ We feel that the hotel is going thro a change. The bar was a bit awkward to get to. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful, as is the same for all the staff. we had booked a particular room which we had before, reception could not give us that room but they arranged one very close. We will be back to this hotel
“ Top Tip: We found a very friendly cafe fairly close to the hotel which served great coffee and snacks. I can only tell you the owner's name was Pepe.

“ this is not a four star hotel......half of the hotel is currently closed down which we where not told about......staff are ignorant and not interested in helping the guests, the only people who managed an hello and a smile were the cleaning staff.... rooms basic but clean. all inclusive drinks finnish at 11pm only local beers and spirits which are not good........as for the snack bars....a few crummy pasteries or un buttered sandwiches in a counter top cabinet at the pool bal which is self service... main meals ok....only ok......as for the massage facilities that you will probably need after sleeping in tha rock hard beds, forget it they are never there, the reception arn't bothered to help by offering to phone them they say she just hires the room nothing to do with us....... sometimes things can be overlooked for the right price, but not this one,its actually you would have to pay me to go back there!!!!!!!!!
“ Top Tip: its actually a bit of a walk to the beach and pubs

“ We arrived at 9pm to a very dimly lit reception very unwelcoming. The hotel has totally inadequate direction signs it is like a maze with guests having to ask others directions. The standard is definitely not 4 star, 3 just.It is in need of a total refurb.Children were well provided for with a good pool and play area and kiddies club, but for couples the only lounge area was closed off and the outdoor pool bar area had to be used as lounges in the evenings very uncomfortable and cold in April. Entertainment was totally provided by their animation team and very poor. Thankfully there is the Fanabe costa sur across the road with live music on every night. Food is only average and allowed to go cool very quickly. The plus points are that although the accomodation was very tired it was a spacious one bedroom apartment and the staff were friendly. We won't be revisiting I'm afraid.

The hotel is tired and is slowly getting refurbished, when we arrived we were given one of the older rooms on the ground floor which to say the least was unsuitable, dark and smelly. We asked for a better room and was told that if we paid an extra 12 euros per room per night (there were four of us in two rooms) we could have one of the better rooms which we did. We were booked for one week and the first three days all inclusive was fine then on the Monday we were told that it was going to be only bed and breakfast for all new guests and they were closing one of the bars. From then on it was like a free for all everyone crowed into the only bar which issued all inclusive drinks the noise was terrible,
We asked if there was anywhere else to drink and sit where it was inside and we were told there was nowhere else open. Unfortunately this spoilt our holiday as one of our company wears a hearing aid she found it very distressing being amongst the loud noise whereas before we could sit in the quieter area and enjoy a quiet drink there. We found on our last night a lovely in door bar which is only open on a Thursday for entertainment, if this had always been open we would not have had any complaints.
“ Top Tip: The market on a Thursday and Saturday is worth a visit and just behind the hotel.

The food was very poor. I would say 2 star at best. Queues at dinner waiting for the one choice of meat or fish to be cooked every evening. Food cold as no proper facilities for keeping it hot on the buffet.
On the plus side, very good facilities such as pool, sports hall, gym, and rooms are a very good size.
“ Top Tip: Eat out.
