Clean apartment. Well kept grounds. Peaceful!
The walk down to beach & activities not bad but returning is a killer. Hills and steps all the way! Not recommended for the unfit.
“ Top Tip: One ot two good small traditional restaurants and a very good Spar supermarket nearby.

Must say was very impressed with this hotel, although it's more separate apartments with one communial swimming pool and restaurant and bar.
Each apartment has own cooking facilities, fridge, cooker etc and most I saw had own separate fenced garden area to relax in.
Our two bedroomed bungalowed apartment had main bedroom ensuite with second twin bedroom having access to separate shower room.
(please note there are lots of seperate steps to most of the apartments, although some seem to have access via ramps, please check for details as they seem to have special access)
Our daughter is celiac (no gluten or wheat) so we didnt book a hotel with buffet option rather one that food was cooked to order, so we could control what was in the food. With three children we could ask for no more all chefs and waiters could do no more to help, both Chris and Paul the chefs bent over backwards to help us with our requirements and the waiters Richard and Fran were second to none with all the unusual requirements.
I would recommend the all inclusive as all food throughout is free and drinks, which with kids can add up and especially the bottles of house Rose (they went down too well!) ask for a Rango for the kids, that will make the waiters laugh :-)
All in all a very nice stay, small shop on site, close to Siam Park and opposite Aqualand, restaurants and other bars close so vary varied entertainment and ten mins drive into Los Christianos and Las Americas prob only 20 mins to walk.
Only negative for us was restaurant and bar opens at 9am which was a little late for us with kids but this is Tenerife relaxing time so no major worries
“ Top Tip: We hired a car and always do so we went to Siam park and Loro Park, but i suggest you purchase the twin tickets before you go, we use atractiontix.com and always seem to get best price

“ Island Village Apartments are everything you would expect for a holiday,the apartments have large clean airy rooms(with a cleaning service every day)with the balconys sited to get the maximum sun.The only downside is that the resort is on a steep hillside that may effect anyone with limited mobility.
